Terrible customer service.
Dog bed is too small so I had requested a return. I received an email to say I have 14 days to return and I was out of that window?
It clearly states 30 days on blumise website.

Ordered my dog bed on 22 Nov. There was a delay getting the tracking information. It was then due to be delivered direct from China on 12 Dec. Tracking said it was delivered but all I received that day from the delivery company was a cheap multimeter and 2 coffee scales. Might be unrelated but strange as I did not order these. I then let Blumise know but over several emails they keep telling me my dog bed was delivered with no offer of a resolution. The next step will be to report to my credit card provider and trading standards. I would personally avoid.
Ordered a dog bed 19.11.23 and still not received~ email received stating that there is a delay with the carrier but no indication of when the delivery will be.
