The website is very user friendly even though I don't speak German, and the delivery was made as had been arranged.

Unfortunatelly DHL gave the flowers to the wrong person not to my girlfriend.

but they gave it in the same hospital but another woman named... f....
same surname.

Overall I was happy with the service. The only thing I did not like is the fact that I could not choose the time (or at least time slot) of the delivery.

The flowers I ordered was not delivered , Dhl tracking status states recipient unknown , that's it. I contacted blumenonline.de for assistance but no reply received.

I ordered flowers (of course) to be delivered to an address in Munich, I was then informed by the recipient that the address was wrong and despite contacting Blumenonline they said they could not help. I have ordered with DJL before and have always managed to change address!! I sent an email to the customer service of Blumenonline and it was not answered.
Last time I order with them.
The flower was exately as shown in the internet, it was delivery on schedule and perfect. I really recommend Blumenonline
I almost placed an order with a different flower company in Bonn. The problem was the website which failed over and over again to add a vase even though I kept on clicking on the vase, the system couldn't add it to my shopping cart.
