I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received regarding a check deposit. I have been a loyal customer for nearly five years, since the inception of my company, but the lack of support from your documentation review staff has led me to begin the process of terminating my relationship with Bluevine.

I recently attempted to deposit a client's check, which was rejected because the staff only recognized my DBA and not the business's legal name. This rejection of hard-earned funds is unacceptable. Furthermore, no solutions or alternatives were offered to ensure I could pay my employees while this issue was being resolved.

It is disheartening that a bank claiming to support small businesses would provide such a poor experience.

Lack of Support from Documentation Processors

I have been a customer of Bluevine since the inception of my company almost 5 years ago.
I am incredibly disheartened to be writing such a scathing review, but I will be working on terminating my relationship with them due to the lack of support received by the documentation review staff. HORRIBLE.

Trying to deposit a client's check, they refused it due to the business's sir name not being recognized and only recognizing the DBA. Rejected money I've worked hard to receive.
THEY ARE NOT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES!!!
They did not offer solutions for me to be able to pay my employees until the issue was resolved.

Wow, Great Service

Wow, Dana was amazing. I have never had a bank that I felt actually cared about me and my business thriving. He made sure that I was comfortable with the plan I chose, knowledgeable about the services offered, and capable of navigating and using the app and funds before I had the account open for 24 hours. It was a great call because I learn some things about the account. You guys are partners only with Stripe and no other merchant accounts. Plus I can accept Venmo and Cash App but not Zelle.

The staff was very knowledge about the product.

Do not bank with Bluevine

At this point, I don’t even give a ✌🏼kcuf anymore I had this account for over a year and can’t get in.
I had a left many reviews about Bluevine and its scams
7 months+ that I can’t access my account because bluevine want me to buy a phone where I can show a phone bill which I did 2X
and still I can’t get in.

I am sure it’s more than one way that I can access my account without showing my phone bill ( if bluevine so concern about my phone bill Thay should pay for my phone bill then )
And at this point, I will not close my account. I will continue on leaving bad reviews about Bluevine and it’s Scams

Worse, I wish I can put no stars on here
Now they trying to tell me they’re gonna close my account because ain’t no activity on my account which the reason why ain’t no activity on my account because I can’t get in my account I tried resetting my password but since my phone number change, it’s hard for me to access my account so they close my account because my phone number change

Lending Review – Borrower Experience

We recently secured funding through BlueVine and worked directly with Ben throughout the process.
Overall, the experience was efficient and straightforward. Communication was clear, and Ben was responsive in addressing questions and guiding us through each step. The application and approval process moved quickly, which was important for our business needs.
The terms were presented transparently, allowing us to make an informed decision without confusion or unnecessary delays. Funding was completed within the expected timeframe, and the process required minimal back-and-forth compared to traditional lending institutions.
We would consider working with BlueVine again based on this experience.
