Returned my order to their international returns address but have been told it hasn't been received by the warehouse. After numerous emails back and forth and providing proof of return still no refund. I refuse to pay for an item I paid to return and will not be ordering from here again after all of this hassle. Bought some summer clothes in the sale , thought they would be of poor quality, BUT they were FABULOUS! Amazing quality, well made and a great price too.
A pleasant shopping experience
I haven't had any problems ordering or receiving my orders. Was looking for a warm coat and have placed 3 different orders, unfortunately none of them are suitable or fit so I had to return. I have received my refund for 2/3 in a timely fashion so did not have to chase them up for it. I sent the 3rd one back yesterday so will not have received it yet but judging by the previous returned orders they process it quickly. Would shop with them again.

I bought a dress online and the money was taken out of my account almost instantly. However, I was never sent a purchase confirm email and therefore received no customer reference number. I have tried on a number of occasions to email your customer service but I’ve had no response! So up to now I’ve received no dress, no money and absolute silence from Blue Vanilla. Any suggestions?!

Ordered a dress on 10th December and…
Ordered a dress on 10th December and paid for the 24 hour delivery service as I needed the dress for a Christmas do. Dress still hasn't arrived and I haven't heard from Blue Vanilla despite emailing and asking for a refund (they promise to respond within 5 working days but this hasn't happened). I understand deliveries are delayed at the moment but don't put an option for 24 hour delivery if you can't provide the service and if you know you can't then at least send out courtesy emails apologising for the delay.
It's really frustrating having money taken and not knowing whether or not it will be refunded.

Edit: issued refund 23rd Dec so changed from 1 star to 3. Very friendly customer service email. Didn't receive goods but this is Evri's unfortunately.

Disappointing Customer Service
I absolutely love Blue Vanilla and have always been able to return clothes with no issue. It’s fast fashion at affordable prices with a normally faultless returns procedure. Unfortunately my last delivery had no delivery note so I am struggling to return a few bits and bobs. I’ve emailed and also been on the website requesting help, all to no avail. Come on Blue Vanilla up your customer service game and reply to loyal customers. I appreciate you’re busy but aren’t we all! I’m so sorry I just can’t give you my normal 5* review on this occasion 😕

Will never buy from this company again
Having waited the obligatory 21 days and numerous emails (which haven’t been answered) blue vanilla still won’t refund the returns I sent them. Not only will I never buy from them again I’m now going to have to complaint proceedings with the ombudsman to get my money back.

Update: 3-5 working days is not a timely manner when I’ve contacted you, waited the 21 days you requested and it’s then over a month since I posted the items back to you when you do reply. And yes, I have received my refund now but only after almost 6 weeks since I sent my returns, and having sent you a copy of the Royal Mail proof of postage (which is a miracle I still had it after such a long period of time!). And you’ve also only then done it because I wrote this review on a public forum. It’s disgraceful that the only way to get your rights met by a company is by leaving reviews like this. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
The sassy reply you’ve written implying I’m a difficult customer has only cemented the idea that I don’t want dealings with your company again.
I also normally take these reviews down once I’ve got my money back but I think I’ll leave it up as a cautionary tale for any new customers you may have (but by looks of it you’re doing really bad with your customer service department, time for new staff maybe?(or some decent training).

Appalling in store service
Absolutely fuming after my visit to the Lakeside Grays store this afternoon. I bought 2 dresses, 3 days ago and went to return one in store today. When I went to the till the lady took the dress somewhere to "check if this one is meant to have a scarf with it". She was gone for TEN minutes to come back with the dress and tell me there was a black mark on the bust and therefore I couldn't have a refund or exchange. IF there was a mark on the dress any quality clothes store would tell you there and then when you take the item to the till that it is faulty and not take it away to the back. There was NO MARK when I took it in store. All tags intact and I only bought it three days ago. I cannot help but think this was done purposefully so that I could not get a refund. I have contacted Vanilla via their website and instagram and am still awaiting a response. I will never be buying from them again!
