Having had very few viewings over a period of a year with a previous Estate Agent in Rhos, we switched to the newly opened Blue Turtle with an enthusiastic staff each of whom took a great interest in our apartment and each member of the main office staff visiting the apartment to familiarise themselves with its stand-out selling points to pass on to potential buyers to both their benefit and to ourselves as sellers.
The apartment, on the seafront at Rhos-on-Sea with its superb uninterrupted view of Colwyn Bay, resulted in being sold within a couple of weeks.

We would highly recommend using the services of Nikki and Becky at Blue Turtle who proved delightful to work with plus displaying a very professional manner.

Nikki and her team and Blue Turtle are not your regular estate agents. The service they provide is so personal and professional on every step of the process. From initial valuation, pictures and brochure, launch (social media, rightmove, etc) viewings, offers, etc. You are not just a customer, they take real pride in the work they do and communication is unbelievable. They do evening and weekend viewings, unlike some other estate agents.
Friendly, personal, professional, accessible, knowledgeable are just a few words that describe the service.
