Easy to purchase, fast free shipping, and a quality product with impressive specs.

Purchased elite 300, but upon reviewing order, I forgot the panel. Notified bluetti and requested a panel to add to the existing order with the 5% discount i had used. Received reply that discount was not available on the panel. Went on bluetti website and placed a mock order including panel, and applied the 5% discount, no problem. Advised bluetti of this, with no reply. I canceled order a day later. No very good business practice or customer service.

Great price! Great product! Great customer service and follow-ups from the company! Just finished using it during a power outage and works great! I work from home so got my internet and computer & monitors back on line in no time and no pesky generator running! Plan on using it mostly on my boat to power things so I don't have to run generator there. I don't know how I've lived this long without one!!!

I have an AC200Max and B300 and Elite100. All have worked well and I have recommended to several people.

Last fall I bought an Elite 100 V2 power pack and I mainly use it a a sump pump backup in case of a power outage. Very satisfied with the unit, fast charging and can keep the pump working (intermittently) for a few days.

Being in Canada, I need a UPS for my forced air natural gas furnace. BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 Portable Power Station | 2600W 2073.6Wh seemed the best value with good reviews about customer support compared to other top quality competitors. At below freezing and during a power outage, if ECO mode is not enabled for AC, it works perfectly. I guess my only complaint is that the mobile app should have a pop-up or even better, the display have a "UPS mode" notice that goes off, if you enable "ECO mode" for AC power. I've tested and the furnace blower can run for just under 4 hours at -10 Celcius, 3000 sqft home, during a power outage.

Have Bluetti batteries since 2021 and had many opportunity to use them.
Will not hesitate to buy additional to increase my autonomy when power outages.

First purchase from Bluetooth. Just received today. Bluetti made the purchase process pretty foolproof, followed through to ensure delivery was completed. Initial startup was easy, connecting to Bluetooth simple. Performance review to come later.

Switched from the Jackery V2000 to the Bluetti APEX 300 and it was the best move I ever made in life. I quickly added a B300K battery along with the SolarX 4K charge controller and within 1 mth added the new B500K to the system. I'm pushing over 10kWh capacity and preparing to add a solar array. Once you start with this system it becomes a sickness, and ya just want to keep building. Love Bluetti and their products!!!

AC300 and B300K were purchased for off-grid use in Canada to run miter saw, internet ...etc.
It ran electronic devices very well.
It would trip on low voltage trying to start miter saw (15amp)(fixed with a firmware upgrade).
Severe limitation when charging in winter below 10C, below 0C it does not charge at all. This is something i did not know at purchase, but tech support said this is to protect the battery.
Beware of this limitation for charging in cold weather.
You would have to find some way to keep the batteries above 10C in winter when its -30C outside, not easy to do off-grid.
Tech support said it will operate down to -20C, but then you have the problem of charging it in cold weather.

AC 180 is the best specs and deal on the market. It's the best !

I needed a power source that could be recharged using solar which will be used to power a remote observatory setup for astrophotograpy, that would last from dusk to a little past dawn.
Using my small 268Wh camping Bluetti EB3A Portable Power Station, I turned on all the observatory's components at thier maximum amp draw, and using the EB3A's display, determined that the maximum power draw would be 100 watts.
This allowed me to select and purchase a larger Bluetti power station that will provide power for approximately 14 to 24 hours depending on observing conditions.
Running out of power before the telescope could be parked and the roof closed could be disastrous in inclement weather.
I would like to see a remote dry contact output from the Bluetti's when the battery capacity dropped below 10 minutes of remaining output power at 100%.
