Complete Shambles. If only I’d read the previous reviews I would never have bought from this company ! Ordered a product three weeks before Christmas as it was a present. Didn’t arrive and all I got from their ‘customer service’ was to wait ! I got fed up with this & contacted PayPal to raise a dispute. The item eventually arrived in January & was no longer needed. The product was also very poor & not worth the money. I contacted Blue Sunset who offered me a 30% refund & keep the item which to me means the product isn’t worth anything to them ! I agreed but needless to say no refund despite countless emails. They said the dispute with PayPal was still open. I sent them a screen shot of the case CLOSED. They then because very rude in their reply until now they are completely ignoring me. Please do not waste your time or money with this shambles of a company!

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and it was never sent. After emailing them to ask for an update I had no response and nothing when asked for a refund. Very disappointed with their customer service as won’t be getting my order or money back.

Just an update folks. I got offered a 30 per cent refund to keep the wrong items that were delivered. I declined. Then I was asked what I wanted , I said a full refund the no further response. Unbelievable
Then contacted sanditech, company I paid they refer vaguely to me being dissatisfied with the product and say their company policy is I have to pay to return the wrongly sent items so they will refund me 50 percent. I’ve said no

Within two days of contacting PayPal I received a full refund from Santeria. Only a month after a basic non service from blue sunset. Well done Paypal for pushing sandwich, but blue sunset appalling customer service

Sent the wrong item for a Christmas present that arrived too late anyway. I have emailed them numerous times to ask for a refund and have had no response.

Received my order for a DIY mosaic leaf in December. Opened it today - absolutely no instructions. How can you build a kit you have no instructions for? I’ve contacted the company, but judging from the reviews here, I’m not holding my breath for a response.

Update 30 Jan 2024:
I did receive a response. They said pay for the return to CHINA and we’ll give you a refund or if that’s too much, we’ll give you 30% back and you can keep it.

I said no, either supply the instructions or pay for the return so you can give me a refund, or I’ll go through my bank to get the money back.

I am not holding my breath for this one either - hey, it worked before (actually got a response), who knows, they may just do as I asked.

Ordered a pair of owl mittens for my sister for Christmas looked good in advert ,placed order then I found and read these reviews ,wish I'd found done that first . The advert said 'nordic hand stitched owl mittens ' didn't realise that they were coming from China , delivery time was ok and could follow with tracking right to my door , but the product was appalling and nothing like the photograph .the advertised ones look like they're hand stitched including the face detail on the owls ,these look like cheap mittens with some fur stuck on and a face drawn on with felt tip . Not happy will have to find something else for present now .

BEWARE !

Never received order… when putting tracking order in it’s saying can’t be found…. !!! Pure scam do not go near… 😡😡😡

ordered thick woolen gloves with owls sewn on them. Very long waiting time and they are terrible!!! on the website they were beautiful and thick, but in reality it's a joke because they are very thin and the patches are ugly. I was sad because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift..

Avoid!! Products don’t work and I received a tiny bottle which was advertised as a standard bottle of mould remover and the product made no difference whatsoever! False advertising

Just received a notice that they have fulfilled my order but nothing received.

Would appear to be another scam company.

I was about to purchase something which looks really useful but after reading the company reviews on here I have decided against it.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a calendar at the start of December and it didn’t arrive. Company have computer experts to help but they are asking for more money. This is a SCAM. Keep well away!

Shocking company made an order the beginning of December discovered now it’s been shipped from china emailed to chase up delivery and no response. Absolutely awful company and service. Avoid avoid avoid don’t waste your money

I ordered a calendar on the 6th of December. It took them over a week to even ship it! I sent 3 emails with no reply. It’s now the 18th and I’ve discovered it was shipped from China and isn’t even in the UK yet! Absolute scam company, do yourself a favour and avoid this company! I’m just glad it was only a calendar and not something more expensive

Ordered 3 Christmas tree baubles as gifts - took over 2 weeks to arrive and all 3 of them are smashed - wrapped in bubble wrap but clearly not protected enough. Now starting the process for a refund - if I do not hear back from them I’ll need to open a dispute with my bank! Very disappointed!

Said that my item was delivered but on checking with my delivery information definitely did not receive it.
Sent many messages to them but never received any response Will continue until I receive my item

Ordered some 'book lovers advent calendars'. Took weeks to arrive but did eventually- damaged, spelling mistakes on the calendar!!!!! And all the things to go in the pockets were in a little bag for me to put in but the calender was sealed up and ripped when I tried to open it! Absolutely awful quality and total scam. Never again. Be warned!
