We have worked with Bluesky for over 14 years now and the relationship we have built up over that time has been great. Like many companies during Covid they have suffered with staff retention but we feel the account team we have are very supportive. We view them as an integral part of our own marketing team within the business. I hope to continue working with them for many years to come.

I have been a BlueSky customer for many years, They started off well, but then as time went on things just got worse and worse.

Within the last 2 years, we have probably had around 5 account managers, so they have a very high turnover of staff.

Simple website changes which should take 24 hours, now take around a week. But the reason we left is they thought an acceptable time frame to create a page was over 5 months, and then when the preview of the page came through, it looked like it had taken 2 mins to prepare and looked nothing like what I had asked for.

They charge a monthly fee for their website, but to this day I don't really know what the charges are for, as most things you want done, there is an additional charge for.

In my opinion, this company started off well a few years back but over time it has lost its way and just got worse and worse, no money seems to be re-invested into the system and I would say they don't really care about their customers.

There are far better automotive website companies out there with much better software which is clearly invested in.

Bluesky have really helped my business grow, the website they designed for me is modern and up to date and my customers always comment on it, not being that techy there system is easy to use and saves me so much time compared to my old Autotrader website, Hannah my account manager is amazing and is always there to offer new ideas and help

A great web company who I always find specialise in under promising and over delivering. Whilst there are some web companies in this space who are all sizzle and no sausage, Bluesky deliver the goods.
