Took two days from placing order to delivery. Very impressed with the efficiency. Good quality gel polish. I’ll order from them again

Great customer service - responded immediately, very competent and friendly and gave me the answer to my question immediately.

reviews have been completely ignored with no resolution.

I received an email today from katy claiming she spoke to Royal Mail and that the parcel was “delivered.” However, there is no delivery photo, no signature, and no proof whatsoever that it was actually handed to me or my neighbours.

Despite the complete lack of evidence, they are refusing to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.

I am dissatisfied with this company. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering, as if anything goes wrong, do not expect them to take responsibility or help resolve it.

Amazing company, nail gel are perfect and amazing quality. The customer service team are amazing too as I was worried because my order hadn't arrived, they were very quick to reply and happy days my order arrived the next day😁. Thankyou so much everyone at Bluesky Cosmetics.🌟

Blue Sky is my go to brand for all things gel nails with their fantastic and ever increasing array of gel polishes to choose from! I had an issue with a prize code so got in touch and Katy was really helpful. She replied promptly and was able to resolve the issue within a day and get my items shipped the same day too! Super customer service. Thanks Katy!!

amazing customer service. Items missing from parcel and sent straight out.

I placed an order with Bluesky late on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was delivered, as it arrived Tuesday. Unfortunately the shipping box was badly damaged, and there were items missing from my order as a result. I emailed them Tuesday and received a reply from Katy swiftly within 4 hours of sending my email. She was amazing, quick to help and reassuring. My missing items have been replaced and are due to be delivered tomorrow, which again is super fast delivery! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service received and will definitely continue placing orders with this company.

Always amazing products when I order, they always come in great time and when faced with an order mishap it was solved within 6 hours of emailing them.

I had to email customer services following non-receipt of my package. I received a response really quickly from Katy who was very friendly and re-issued the package the same day. Katy responded quickly to my query and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I placed my order right after and less than 2 hours later it had been dispatched and should be with me shortly! So excited to try the products but already so impressed by this company!

Item shown as delivered but it was not. Condescending reply blaming me for not looking in my letterbox and stating that the pin on the map was proof of delivery. A shocking attitude to a regular customer.
Did send a replacement after I pointed out there was no delivery photo and that it is their responsibility to put issues like this right

Customer service is first class! They could not do more to help when I had mucked up on my order. So quick and efficient.

Bluesky customer service were very quick (only 2 hours) in amending an error where I received the wrong product. Very pleasant and easy to deal with, plus the products are great.

I had a gel polish that didn’t seem right and Katy was so understanding and sorted the problem I was sent a replacement I will definitely recommend the company to family and friends thanks again Katy.

I am really impressed with the customer service I have received.
I placed an order Sunday evening and realised as soon as I had ordered that I had missed adding a freebie to my order. I sent an email asking if this could be added and Katy replied 1st thing the next morning and added it on to my order.

My items arrived and unfortunately one of them was incorrect. I was dreading having to sort the issue out but the customer services team (Katy) was brilliant and resolved the issue very quickly and a replacement item was dispatched the following day. Can’t fault the process.

Great company to deal with. I am a nail mail subscriber and one of my boxes got ruined in the sun so I contacted bluesky to see if it was possible to purchase this box again and add it to my July delivery. They responded very quickly and were so helpful. My issue was resolved within a day! Thank you Bluesky 😊👍
