I needed to notarize 7 documents. Per my lawyers request, in order to attach an apsotille to each document, I needed a 'certificate of completion' for each individual document. The notary I was assigned to said that would be no problem. After the session ended and I was charged, I found that only ONE certificate of completion was generated for all 7 docs. My lawyer confirmed this would NOT work for getting an apostille and I could NOT simply use the same cert for each doc. I had to re-do each document in a separate session-- however, in the course of working with another notary, they repeatedly ran into an error which drastically skewed the notarization seal, date, name, and signature, to the point where this information was completely illegible and covered other text in the document. So, in addition to having each document re-notarized, I had to have some of them notarized a THIRD time due to the system glitch that skewed the seal. I immediately reported all of this to BlueNotary. They refused to issue any type of refund, even though they acknowledged that the documents were messed up due to a system error.

I will never use this company again.

Ebere was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. I was able to have a seamless and easy time figuring out how to upload the required documents. It was even easier to get the documents I uploaded to be approved very quickly with Ebere's help! Ebere was there every step of the way in guiding me to the right places to read and purchase the Pro Notary program and to find the E-Journal. I was having a tough time until Ebere provided solutions to each problem I encountered.
