Ordered the wrong size shoes for a gift for my son’s birthday. By the time I sent it back I missed the deadline for a refund. They won’t give me store credit, they won’t even exchange the size. Now I have a very expensive pair of shoes for nothing.

I was skeptical about ordering from a new site, as I needed international shipping from Italy to Croatia. However, the order came fast (6 days including a weekend) and shipping was free due to the order amount. Really satisfied.

I ordered a pair of sneakers supposedly only available once more in my exact size.
A week later I got the information "sold out", still waiting for the debitted purchase amount.
Looking at the home page supposedly there is always only one piece left.
It seems to me that they are only looking for possible customers to "bombard" with advertising mails.

Hello Katrin,sorry for the discomfort we gave you. Two clarifications …. the warehouse we have made a few pieces per item, we are a store open for 48 years in Rome, it can happen that lying one customer buy online, another at the same time can make the same buying, the product is assigned to those who make before the purchase. The refund is issued immediately …. immediately! Far from our way of behaving, bombing people by email. Sorry again
I have been looking for this dress as it's sold out and was so happy to be able to find it. I live in the US and I ordered it on a Monday and had it by Wednesday! Extremely happy about shipping and how quick they were able to get this to me!

hello Andrej put the product online but for a bug the price was much lower,so we stopped the orders, when we put it back on sale, the shoes were sold in 1 minute and there were overbookings, Sorry for this but we don't have enough product for everyone. Thank you so much
