My son is classed as a mature aged apprentice (24) He had his first training session today with Steven. Absolutely disgusted with how he spoke to my son regarding things that have been out of his control when it comes to what he has or has not learned on the job! To belittle someone who is explaining that they have not yet covered something is a joke! Take it up with the Employer don’t be taking your frustrations out on a first year apprentice. I myself work at an RTO and I would not have a job if I conducted myself this way with a student.

Completed my white card today and the trainer and content were amazing. Really enjoyed the day.

Recently finished my training at the Gold Coast facility for my white card.

My trainer Michael was excellent, very friendly and super informative and the course overall was ran very well and efficiently

My trainer Steven Leavy was very informative and was always there to answer any questions that I had. He would always give me pointers on what I needed to log more of in regards to training. He made the theory and the practical side enjoyable.

Quick, Easy, Informative, Helpful.

I just completed my WhiteCard and I am glad I took the course from them using fully online Training. They provided ease of learning materials and quick support. All were real world related scenarios which made learning more understandable. Going back to get another lesson and another skill to add in my resume.

The best online training ever! It was really relevant and informative. The booking for the face-to-face assesment also really fast, only take me 1 minute to have the assessment schedule. I really recommend! Also thanks to Georgia as my assessor, she was really nice and competent.

So well structured, clear and effective learning and answering, efficient, so efficient as needed to complete and it was all like clockwork no waiting, also great support and communication!

They have canceled on us 2 times for my son to do this course. The first time on the same day as the course. As the instructor was sick. This time my son was unwell, and unable to attend the course, yet we were told we needed to give 2 business days notice to reschedule. Phoned them up, explained the situations and the fact that this takes my son to 10pm on a school night. The lady was very short and offered no help or solution. Very unprofessional, and double standards.
