Good price, quick delivery and easy set up.

It’s my first purchase ever and it feels like I just scored a home run. I was skeptic when I read about the potential “visible” scratches and signs of wear, but I had a hard time even finding one (near-invisible stroke). Currently testing, but so far so good, everything from packaging to delivery time is OP!! This is far better than I imagined! Many thanks!!

The workstation computer runs well. It is as described. Well packaged and no damage during transport. It meets expectations for capability of workstation.

The laptop arrived well wrapped and on time.
It was a reassuring surprise to find the machine in great physical condition, no noticable marks or scatches, despite being C graded.
The screen is bright and unmarked; operation is brisk despite just 8 GB RAM, and it will be easy to increase the small 256 GB SSD internal storage using an external hard drive.
Office 365 and Norton protection have been added and so far the computer has operated without fault.

I have ordered up to 5 laptops from Bluecybercow and all have always come in good shape. A part from one which had battery issues, but I returned it and was fixed. So far am very happy, looking forward to receiving a prize this year as one of your trusted clients... haha.

I order a second user Dell XPS. It arrived well packaged and the physical condition was better than advertised. I can't remember how exactly the battery state was described but I can honestly say, based on the description the battery capacity in practical use exceeded my expectations.

A very intuitive service and speedy delivery. I am unable to test the product just yet but the service is excellent.

I ordered this laptop Wednesday and was delivered Friday. It was very well packaged and in even better condition than described. It was excellent value for money with a high specification. Worked straight out of the box with plenty of battery life left in it.
