I hesitate to even give a mark of 1 out…

I hesitate to even give a mark of 1 out of 5! I had booked for a Meet & Greet at LHR T3 for travel on 12 May. On arrival, there was no desk and no representative of the company and I was forced to pay top rate for arriving without pre-booking. On my return, I tried contacting Blue Circle by 'phone and email several times with reply. This shows that Blue Circle does not care about its customers and merely takes the money. As they have chosen to ignore me, I am forced to make a Section 75 claim against them so that my credit card payment can be refunded. If their Heathrow operations have ceased, why did nobody contact me by email or 'phone - my details are in their system. I strongly recommend that NOBODY ever has any dealings with the. I certainly won't, and as a frequent travel with friends who have similar travel arrangements, I will freely express my opinions of Blue Circle, with all the consequences of they deserve.

Would choose 0 stars if possible.
Paid for the parking on the 15/05/2024, was flying on the 27/05/2024.
Booking cancelled on the 22/05/2024, no notification sent.
Got to the airport at 4am to find out that the booking had been cancelled. Had to pay £260 for the on the spot parking.
No refund has yet been issued.
Avoid this company at all costs, seems like a scam to make you pay for the on the spot parking charges.

Excellent, thank you!

So, I booked meet and greet as I was offered a good deal through top cash back… then I saw some of the reviews and was a bit worried.

My experience was 5 star without doubt, dropped off at level 3 car park 1, paperwork was ready… signed, handed over the key and we were on our way! On the way back, called when collected our bags, as per instructions, was quickly answered and told to make my way back to level 3. Car was waiting opposite the walkway, Quick Look around and all was good, 20 seconds to sign paperwork and load up!

Clearly the company has had a lot of bad press and not sure if there is a concerted effort to address these issues, but what I experienced was professional, efficient and polite!

Dont use Looking4 parking website to book…

I used Looking4 parking website to book meet and greet at Heathrow, we usedJetparks Heathrow under them in good faith to leave At Terminal 3 at 4am in the morning , they never turned up at all and left us stranded so had to book another and cost me £140 for 4 days , I could not do anything as last minute and Looking4 would only give me my original prepaid fee back and eventually told me Jetparks Heathrow gone into administration after telling me they only use reputable companies , so way out of pocket and just apologies. Don’t use them as small print gets them out of it BEWARE

Company has ‘gone under’

Company has ‘gone under’ and we only found this out on our return to Heathrow when we tried to call the numbers we were told to call to ask for our car to be brought back to meet and greet. All numbers go to full voicemails, you will not get through. Police are not interested as it is a civil matter, the cars are not stolen. Useful tips for anyone who is affected by this:
-If you booked through Holiday Extras, Maple Parking will have your car- call them on 01895 544382 or speak to the guys at the meet & greet section of the short stay car park- Maple have a presence there.
- If you booked direct through Blue Circle, Maple will not have your car. You will need to travel by taxi to the Hilton Garden Inn terminal 4 TW6 2SQ. Next to it is a car park with a small portacabin. Inside is man with car keys of those left with Blue Circle.
- They will have parked your car somewhere else, ours was in Terminal 4 short stay despite having dropped it off at T3. Heathrow parking staff are aware, and on exit we buzzed the bell at the barrier and the manager came and spoke with us, he is aware of the Blue Circle scam and was willing to let us out without having to pay a bill of £1232 given our car had been there for 2 weeks unbeknownst to us.
- Some reports of cars being damaged, ours was fortunately fine.
Hope this helps someone, we had an awful few hours thinking our car had been stolen and we were stranded.

Booked parking from 7th May

Booked parking from 7th - 29th May on return no one answered the phone. Found the car with help from another company. When we got home there was a Penalty charge from TFL ULEZ of £90 for the 13th May. Car on Colnbrook by-pass at 12.17.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you need peace of mind

If you need peace of mind, stay away from these guys. Parked the car with Meet & Greet. On return, was told the car will be in the car park in 20 - 25 minutes. it then turned out that they realised our car key that was left with them has been misplaced, by them! Drove me home for the spare key, promised to return my car within 2 hours. My car was returned more than 24 hours later. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Lost car and HUGE bill!

Got back to Heathrow today, as we now know Blue Circle has gone bust so no phone numbers work. With the help of purple parking T2, traced the car to a carpark in Hatton Cross just behind the Garden Hilton. Got a bus there, unfortunately the car wasn't there...but yours might be! After looking through a deserted office full of detritus, a woman 'Nicky' approached, she had my car key but said she had nothing to do with the company (?), I'm afraid she got short shrift from me (been flying all day). The car was apparently in T5 carpark. Back to Hatton Cross, got underground to T5 and hunted down car. Apparently it's been there all the time, parking bill £1400+ !! At this point I cried! 8hr flight and 3 hrs traipsing around Heathrow and surrounding area with luggage, trying to find my car. Heathrow carparks took pity on me and let me out, I can't thank them enough..oh the relief! (Who has a spare £1400+?). If you've lost your car try Hatton Cross behind the Hilton....Good luck!

Went out of business with our car and not taking calls

I left my car with Blue Circle meet and greet at Heathrow last weekend and fly home tomorrow. I have heard blue circle have stopped operating and they are no longer answering phone, text or emails. I have no idea how I will get my car back. Has anyone in a similar situation found a way?! If so please leave a comment/review.

We used them 3 weeks ago for T5…

We used them 3 weeks ago for T5 Heathrow. We did receive our car back (unlike others) but next day noticed that the car had been damaged on the front bumper. I then emailed the company, going through Skypark secure and finally got the email address for Jetparks / Blue circle. Having had no reply from them I tried the phone numbers today but didn’t get through. Last week I also received a fine from T5 because even though I paid for fully ticketed valet parking the driver dropped the car off on the 4th floor, but didn’t register pay the ticket. Now I’ve just read all of these bad experiences/reviews that people have had and I feel lucky in comparison. Well hearing they’ve now gone out of business then I guess these no way to get any compensation. Avoid this company if they appear again.

We got back to Heathrow Terminal 2…

We got back to Heathrow Terminal 2 today only to be told they went bankrupt. Our car is missing, we had to get public transport home, and no one knows where are car is, as they don't have any representatives at Heathrow.

Our car was picked up by JetParks but we have been unable to speak to anyone as they don't answer the phone.

Absolute shambles from start to finish

Absolute shambles from start to finish. Phone numbers changed night before check in - but even then the 3 ‘alternative’ numbers all engaged. When I finally managed to raise soneone no paperwork at airport for my car had to wait for this to be done.
But the main issue was on return no one answering any of the 5 numbers then got a random. All to say that Blu Circle had gone into administration and my car was in a compound miles away!
Cost me £40 in a taxi to get my car from a piece of scrubland - lots of people in same predicament.
Disgraceful outfit! But see on reviews this is how they operate

Wouldn't Touch with a Bargepole

Arrived back at Heathrow T5 on 22nd after 3+ hour delay to our flight.
Was told that they had technical problems & we should take Uber to Hilton Park hotel where car was parked and that we would receive refund for parking & cost Uber.
When I asked what the technical problems were, guy at the carpark said drivers had gone on strike and they had taken some car keys - 10 were missing & that police were involved.
Fortunate to get our car back!
Wouldn't touch with a Bargepole!

Cowboy outfit

Booked well in advance of travelling and they accepted payment and confirmed the booking. One week before travelling they emailed to say they had to cancel the booking, with no valid reason. Said refund would take 28 days.
Left me in a right mess as had to pay last minute parking fee, which was extortionate. Never again will I use these cowboys
