I have placed order @05.03.2024 for…

I have placed order @05.03.2024 for blu-rays for about 150 EUR. The status is all the time "in progress". I have tried to contact seller 2 times via contact formular on page. Unfortunately no response until now, no shipment.

I bought apocalypse now

I bought apocalypse now, instead of a 4k and blu ray disc, I got 2 blu ray discs.
I messaged them 2 times, 1 with mail, 1 on their site. I got no answer back.
