Blue Carbon is unable to provide basic…

Blue Carbon is unable to provide basic profile information to safely connect the BMS in their batteries to the inverter. Their distributor has no clue and has been installing many systems without setting the profile. This negligence from BlueCarbon is dangerous and can result in harm to people.

This is a general industry problem, but no less dangerous for that reason.

It would be reasonable to expect that the ones selling a battery with BMS and providing warranty, at least can provide information on how to safely connect the BMS so it will not cause harm and will respect their warranty.
