TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!
They took my money for shipping and never received my dog bed. It’s been 5 months already! They also never responded to my numerous emails.

Sent them money for 3 dog beds back in March and never received them or my money back 😡😡 scammers!!

SCAM. Took my money for shipping, did not send me the dog bed, told me it was on its way, then told me I would receive it in 3-4 weeks. Then nothing. I’m going to notify Shopify of this FRAUDULENT account.

I think this is a scam organization. They get you with free offers take your "shipping" money and never give you anything. They need to be stopped.

Swindled! Ordered a dog bed, received a confirmation email, and then never received item (it’s been 4 months). Tried to email them multiple times with no response.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 beds for my dog and cat. Received an email that the first one was shipped. That was in March. Ordered the second one at the beginning of April. Never received anything from them but they sure took the money from my account. I called my bank yesterday and spoke with the resolution department after a 3 1/2 hour wait on the phone. (It was worth it to get my money back). The bank is refunding my money and going after BlueBench for the money. CALL YOUR BANK, EVEN IF YOU USED YOUR DEBIT VISA LIKE I DID. We’ve been ripped off and they should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how they make any money if everyone that is ordering is getting the money back from their banks or card companies.
Maybe they’re counting on people just thinking, well I got ripped off and that’s that.

Same experience as everyone else leaving a 1 star review. DON'T SEND THEM MONEY!!!

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would! Ordered 2 dog beds in March. Inquired in April about them was told they were backed up due to COVID. a few weeks later was told they shipped; then was told “to call my post master to find them” (???). Last 4 or 5 emails have gone unanswered. Now trying to file a fraud complaint w credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM - Same as the other experiences - ordered two dog beds at the end of March - quickly received a not advising they had shipped. Followed up and received a note that they were backed up due to COVID. Still have not received after many a follow-up. Just got off the phone with my credit card company to dispute the chargers. Suggest anyone who paid with credit card do the same. Knew it was TOO GOOD to be TRUE

Ripped me off. Report to FTC and if enough people complain, we could get our money back.

SCAM! I ordered an XL stress relief dog bed in March. It quickly said it shipped, but there was no tracking and it never arrived. I emailed the company and received a response on April 24th that they were backed up and I would receive my product in 2-3 weeks. They also stated they would check the logistics regarding my order and get back to me. I have sent several follow up emails but have received no other response. Don't waste your money!

If I could-I would give the no stars. Don’t deliver product, won’t respond to emails. My dog bed was “shipped in April”, no dog bed and it is June. Don’t give them your money.

Ordered a pet bed in March and still has not arrived. Company stopped answering my emails as well. It “shipped” on my Shop app but no tracking or anything. Definitely a scam. Avoid Facebook / instagram ads!

SCAM ALERT. I like many foolish shoppers fell for this scam. Fortunately I have only paid a small amount equating to $13, however there must be thousands of people like me.
I ordered an anti anxiety pet bed 23rd March, through them and thought Shopify being a legit company I would have some peace of mind (NONE).
They almost immediately say its been despatched, then when you ask where the delivery is they have another standard response that they are delayed with the COVID-19. Nothing arrives and more people get scammed
