They look after the kids well and what makes it even more great is that they look after special needs kids. They also provide food and take them out sometimes too. They always deal in a strict but calm way with problems the kids may cause between themselves.
My son visted for the first time and he really enjoyed it. He said he had a great time and enjoyed some lovely pancakes!
He has asked to return, so we have decided to book a few more afterschool days with blue bares!

Very rude, messy and untidy area. My child was taken outdoors to the park which was fine but I wasnt informed about it. My child felt scared around Virginia. She was too loud and rude to kids. She will put their confidence down and remind them that they are just kids and that she is the adult and they should just be quiet. She was also rude to parent, impatient with them when asking questions to find out how the day was and about other relevant info. I didn't feel that I can trust them so I decided not to take my child there again. It was in fact my child who told me that they never want to go there again and the main issue was Virginia, she was scary and rude to all the kids, my child said!

We are to sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our summer playscheme.
We pride ourselves with having many re-occuring children and parents over the past 3 - 4 years at all of our branches and always encourage parents and children to give feedback on thier experience usually via email or by phone.
This is because our playschemes are quite busy therefore it can be tricky for staff to take time out of thier rota to discuss each chlids performance, everyday whilst the playscheme is still activity taking place.
In regards to the playscheme being messy and untidy, im not really sure what area's you are specifically reffering to but again it is a playscheme having up to 30+ children and we encourage children to play freely.
Most information can be found on our website but Sould you have any specific questions, feedback or concerns it is always best to contact the playscheme directly via phone or email on info@bluebearsplayscheme.co.uk rather then pulling staff during an active session.
My 10 year old daughter loves attending Blue Bears. She enjoys all the activities they arrange and the days out.
The staff are very friendly and professional, and the meals provided are always tasty and nutritious.
My Children have always had a good experience & so much fun at Blue Bear Playscheme.
I so much love them and also my daughter too they are so good and very friendly too and nice they are the best in Edmonton I can also recommend any parent to them I love them so cus they're the best in Edmonton God bless all the staff and children. My son loves attending Blue Bears especially during the holidays. He always looks forward to attending. The staff are super friendly and there are always a variety of activities throughout the day. Also the hours are super flexible for working parents and price very reasonable. I definitely recommend Blue Bears to other parents.
