My review is about Customer Service

My review is about Customer Service and not the product since I didn’t want the potential health risks.
After waiting at least a month I finally received the product, I read that it shouldn’t be used if you’re taking SSRI’s. I sent an email several times before getting a response. They said they would do a refund but wanted me to take pictures or video of the boxes unopened. I sent a few pics and had to keep sending emails before they finally responded back saying they still wanted pictures. I never got help with a return or refund. Also the return/refund was going to cost me a restocking fee and the cost of shipping it back. The customer service is terrible and they don’t do anything to help you, probably hoping you get frustrated like I did and just said screw it and write a review. I’m out the price of the three month supply.

I ordered Meno joint gummies

I ordered Meno joint gummies. The order took so long. It finally arrived but was not what I ordered. I emailed bluealchemy they emailed back straight away and said they saw it was the wrong order. They would get back to me about what to do.
I am still waiting for them to get get back to me. From 7 February.Very frustrating.
