I had been struggling with an IT problem since last night. I contacted Bluecando, and they solved it in minutes. It's very reassuring to have them around.

We contacted Blucando to help with OneDrive access. They phoned within a couple of hours, accessed the laptop remotely and all was completed within about 15 minutes. Fab service and polite and knowledgeable staff too, thank you!

While abroad on a cruise I ran into problems with the ships server and couldn't access files.

I use Blucando monthly maintenance contract and they accessed my computer, made sure that all systems were working, fixed any issues and explained how I could access the files I needed.

Fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend any business use them for their IT knowledge and back up.

I am a lone domestic user and found the remote help that Blucando gave me over the phone (which included them being able to access my PC remotely to resolve the issue) to be exceedingly helpful and very reassuring. I would highly recommend them.

I had pop ups coming up repeatedly, claiming to be from Norton, FB, Captcha & McCaffee saying that I had a trojan, a virus or 'suspicious activity' on my system' - even one saying that my phone would be blocked soon. They were all red & yellow, with skull & crossbones etc. & getting quite scary.
All the while my own antivirus was saying my system was OK . As I couldn't block anything myself I rang up Blucando this morning & Ben Wright sorted it out - remotely - in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you, Ben &

Upgraded from a BT network to a much more reliable and faster Wi-fi one at home. Complex install in loft and rooms, now covers huge house with really fast and reliable signal.
Completely COVID safe, clean and tidy install - really impressive

I recently contacted Blucando about data retrieval on a faulty drive. They were fantastic they managed to retrieve all the photos etc I thought were lost and then helped me with a new storage area. They were so kind and patient and I can’t thank them enough. Highly highly recommend them.
