Great service free delivery

Great service free delivery if you spend £25 or more even cheaper if you subscribe cheaper than the shop

Customer service is the best that I’ve…

Failed delivery

Failed delivery, forced to download the app to speak with the delivery service contracted by Blu. Gave what3words to ensure the second attempt was successful and they failed a second time. The product was not even on the van. So cancelled the order. Until Blu get the delivery sorted, won't order from them again. 2 out of 4 deliveries failed.

Really appreciated blu replacing my faulty cartridges, I wish more companies would behave like this. Grateful in particular to Demi K who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process straightforward.
