Quality material, poor image sizing
The size and quality of the blotter paper was on point. The issue I have is that the art work that I sent for a custom print ended up being rather squished when printed. I am assuming that this was noticed prior to printing, yet I was not contacted and made aware of the issue. Now I have a piece that is disproportionate, does not look good at all, and it cannot be displayed.

This order is heading to Israel, due to the ongoing conflict, delays are common for shipments to the Middle East at the moment.
I am hopeful this order will arrive and the current global political issues are resolved soon. I am in contact with the buyer and hope this review will be updated at a later date upon successful delivery.

Great Customer Service
Everything showed up correctly. There was an issue with my order, it was damaged by the carrier. It was returned to the Blotter Store. They replaced the damaged items and added a few for the inconvenience. I am very happy with the items and service.

Over all great experience fast over the Holidays
