Total trap
Total trap. My son did the personality test, after which he was prompted to sign up for the service which we used my details for. It was not obvious AT ALL that this was a trial leading to a GBP25/month subscription. Almost 300 pounds later, I'm looking at our family finances and seeing the recurring charges. It went under the radar because the vendor code changes routinely. I don't know any reputable vendor which does that for a repeat subscription - I can only image it's to evade detection so unsuspecting consumers don't see it. This company must rely on this behavior as their entire business model.
The only right thing to do is to refund every single month paid for, during which time none of us were even aware of the subscription, let alone actually used a single one of their services.

Buying your test results triggers subscriotion.
Deceptive 1.50$ to see results triggers a 30$ monthly subsciption hidden in the fine print. Hopefully they respect the cancellation because if not I will have to report it as fraud to the cc company.
