Very disappointing experience with Blossomkart

Very disappointing experience with BlossomKart. I only received an apology email stating that they couldn't deliver the order. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed, and there has been no response to my follow-up messages. An apology alone is not enough—customers deserve timely refunds when an order is not fulfilled. I would not recommend BlossomKart based on my experience.

I am writing to follow up on the refund for my cancelled order.

Your system confirmed my delivery, took my payment, and then cancelled the order stating you do not deliver to my address. I was informed that my money would be reimbursed within a few days.
The funds have not yet reflected in my account. Please provide the Refund Transaction ID (or ARN/RRN number) immediately so I can track this with my bank.
I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the transfer.

This is the mail I hv sent to blossomkart for getting the refund and still its pending. Seems from the reviews that they are not genuine. ...

No Refund After a Month – No Response

I ordered a birthday cake, but shortly afterward I received an email saying they were unable to deliver to my area and that my refund would be processed within 10–15 days.

It’s now been over a month. I haven’t received my refund, and there has been absolutely no response from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails, but none have been answered. There isn’t even a customer support phone number to call.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Taking a customer’s money, failing to provide the service, and then ignoring all communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, this feels like a fraudulent business. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

This Site is not trustable

This Site is not trustable , i ordered Birthday cake , after few hours got a auto response like order cancelled and the amount will be refunded after 7 working days. Its almost a month so far the amount is not credited. No toll free numbers or other numbers to reach. EMAIL is the only way to reach them but they will not respond for sure.

My experience with Blossomkart has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, it feels like a scam.

The company accepted my order and payment, then cancelled the order within 30 minutes claiming they could not deliver to my location. This should have been checked before accepting the order and taking my money.

The worst part is the refund process. I was promised a refund within 7–10 working days, but that timeline has passed and I am still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups:

No refund received.
No refund reference number provided.
No proper response to emails.
No customer support number available.
No clear update on where my money is.

From a customer's perspective, it is extremely frustrating to have your money taken immediately, your order cancelled almost instantly, and then be left chasing your refund with little or no communication.

At this point, the experience has been so poor that it raises serious concerns about the company's reliability and customer service standards.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before placing an order until the company improves its refund handling and customer support processes.
