I ordered a large mirror. It arrived incredibly fast (I live in Ireland). It was packaged excellently and the delivery man carried the item in the door for me. The product is gorgeous. We did notice a defect on the mirror which was disappointing. I emailed the blossholm team to see if it would be possible to exchange the mirror. Sara responded straight away and I received a notification that a new mirror was being processed. Looking forward to receiving the item.

Beautiful mirror, fast delivery, good packaging

The product itself is beautiful! Mine however arrived with a slight indentation and reached out to customer service and they gave me directions to fix but unfortunately I didn’t have the tools needed so they are sending me a replacement! Excellent customer support as well as product! I will return as a customer!

I knew i was going to like it but it is true the magic of this lamp is that it's portable. It looks so great no matter where you put it, and it's so high quality and magical, I want like two more. Obsessed.

It is a stylish well made product! I am very happy with it. After arrival of the first one, I even ordered a second one as a gift to someone.
A small tip to Blossholm, I would use tape to close the packaging and tape it shut. As it is, anyone in the supply chain process can remove the lamp from the packaging without this being visable from the outside (packaging).
