Also had chocolate added which I wasn’t even informed that it wasn’t delivered just refunded after delivery.

Being our busiest day of the year, we were certainly overwhelmed with orders on Valentine's Day. Our delivery partners worked very hard to try and deliver as many orders on as possible in the chosen time slot however with the great influx of orders it was difficult to be on track. However, this is no excuse for your experience and in the future we will certainly improve our service and communicate with customers every step of the way.

I had a very good experience with Blooms Dubai. I love their service same day flower delivery in Dubai, I ordered a red roses flower box in the morning for my niece's graduation and they delivered it in the afternoon. 100% Recommended.
