The flowers were not sent to the door

The flowers were not sent to the door. The first time I ordered the flowers they were not even sent on the time. When the reorder came, the flowers were all squashed into the mail box as the delivery was not to the door.

embarassing automatic translation of the attached note, customer service said it was fixed but not really

I don't know what happened when I placed my order, but two sentences in the attached note (paid extra) automatically translated to English - and it did not make sense, it reads "I'm here! We hope that you find your way to our home. We do not see the word of knowledge!"... You can understand my embarassment.

I noticed the mistake in the note once I got the confirmation email and I proceeded to contact immediately the customer service and I thought it worked really great since they replied very quickly and assured me that the problema was solved.

Imagine my surprise when I see this random note on this person's social media (a very quick glimpse, they run an account with a large follow and I believe they were embarassed as well, but posted nonetheless not to make me feel bad... I really don't know what to say). I am glad it was not a sensitive situation t.e. a funeral or something like that.

I mailed the day I ordered it to make sure it would arrive on his birthday!

I mailed the day I ordered it to make sure it would arrive on the day of his Birthday and was assured it would be in his mailbox or on his door handle to the apartment. But as another time it was sent to the closest grocery store, his birthday was on a Friday and got a slip on a Monday to come a get it in the ICA supermatket. That,s not what the sell, they sell y´that they will put it on the doorhandle but it.s a scam. DON´T buy it! I was ashamed of my gift.

Half dead flowers

Our flowers were half dead upon delivery, which is not what one is paying for.
Idea for flower delivery in mailbox is good, but in that regard they have to be packed in a better way so they survive minimum 24h delivery service.

We hand pack our flowers in patented foil with microscopic holes. This way the moisture remains in the packaging and only a little oxygen can reach the flowers. Just enough to keep the flowers alive and not enough to keep growing. From that moment they are packed, they fall asleep. During their journey to delivery they can go without water for up to five days.

So we are really sorry that your flowers was bad even though we are packing them in this special foil :(
