Unreliable and lack of communication
I needed the flowers May 11th, but the latest delivery date I would still be able to receive on time was May 8th. I selected this delivery date.
They sent me an email to confirm my address.The email also said I could reply with any questions so I confirmed my address and asked if the delivery date will definitely be May 8th. No reply. The next day I asked to cancel the order. They replied saying that it was already shipped. I checked the tracking number and saw no movement. I asked them to send me the information showing it was shipped because there was no tracking information. No reply.
4 hours later, the tracking shows the package was moved to a UPS facility in Columbia and that it would be delivered May 7th. I sent another email explaining that I asked for a May 8th delivery which I was already nervous about how fresh the flowers would be since I actually needed them for the 11th. And that May 7th would be too early. No reply. Messaged them on WhatsApp- no reply. Went to the website and filled in my information to be contacted- no call or email.
I contacted the shipper to explain the issue and refused the delivery before it got anywhere near my home and am disputing the charge with my bank. There is no reliability with this company
