Super responsive. Love the idea perfect for Valentines (I hope)

I made a shipping mistake and they instantly updated the issue for me!

Great customer service and great quality!

Item was not what I expected. I contacted support after buying wrong item and was told they fix it before it got sent out. When I received the item, it wasn’t the item that was supposed to be fixed with. Also the “free mystery gift” upon writing a review wasn’t received either. Disappointed with it and wouldn’t buy again.

I made a shipping boo-boo with autofill using an old shipping address.

Customer service was able to update and correct my error with ease.

Terrible. You do not get what they advertise on the site, you recieve a cheap copy. The blanket is small compared to what is advertised and the flowers have all fallen off despite the blanket not being used. I had contact with this company and told them I’d get a refund through my bank, they accepted this, asked what I wanted them to do and I said nothing. Now fast forward, the company are fighting to reverse the refund I initiated. It’s a total scam all of this, don’t buy you won’t receive what they advertised, the whole reason I did a refund with the bank is because they expect you to send their scam blanket back and pay yourself for this. I’m not doing it and will be working with the bank to sort this out. Completely avoid

UPDATE: They also flagged this review as “harmful or illegal” - how about you guys actually sell quality products and people won’t leave bad reviews.

SECOND UPDATE: I got the refund however they’re now trying to flag this review and have it removed which trustpilot are not going to do. Everytime theres a bad review there’s suddenly lots of good reviews just avoid don’t waste your money

My husband ordered from this site for my Christmas prez, knowing it would be late because he ordered late, but it still isn't here, and no response to my contact message.

Ultimately, I emailed customer support and received a response the same day with help towards my question. Looking forward to the gift!

Needed to change a shipping address and they did it right away.

I had accidentally ordered my blanket to the wrong address. With one email they responded quickly and swiftly and sent my package to the correct address with no extra fees or questions.

My experience buying these blankets were great had many options as well. Unfortunately I chose the wrong blanket, but with the help of the Bloomie team they were able to change the option I chose to the right one even after the order being processed.

Customer service was stellar, quick and efficient. One of the best customer service experiences I've had for an online retailer. Within minutes of placing an order I realized I made a mistake. I reached out to Bloomie Blankets customer service and they resolved the issue within 10 minutes. There was no difficult back and forth, or hassle, and overall it was a great experience.

Top-Notch customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color combination and they kindly updated my order without any hassle. I'm very excited to hear from my daughter once she receives her gifts for Valentine's Day.

UPDATE. I see many posts about delayed shipping. I did not have that experience at all, in fact, it arrived earlier than expected. I have nothing but positive feedback and will order from this company again.

Website was easy to maneuver. The help team also was quick to get with me for an address change.
