SCAM. Ordered several weeks ago and have not received even a tracking number.

DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered a flower blanket weeks before Valentine’s Day and still have not received. Starting to think bloomie is not who they say they are reading all these other reviews with very similar experiences

Waited weeks for shipping. They sent a cheaply made blanket that smelled of harsh woman’s perfume and no free mystery gift. Upon asking to return for a refund. They only offered store credit with a bogus e-gift code. They refused to honor the return policy.

I was reluctant to order based on some of the reviews but I took a chance and am satisfied with the purchase. Delivery took about 2 weeks to Alberta Canada, although the tracking details are a little confusing it wasn't an issue. I ordered the second to largest size, 110cm I believe and it arrived as described. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and experience. The blanket is what I expected, decent quality and comfortable for my toddler.

After 12 days. My order shows delivered to south dakota. On my order my address is clearly correct and in Massachusetts. Emailed both the currier and the company and have yet to get a response. How do you screw up that bad. I swear if theres any issues with the item. If it even comes. Im gunna lose it.

SCAM! TAKES FOREVER BECAUSE THEY ARE A DROPSHIP COMANY OUT OF "CHINA!" Ordered a blanket January 28th. It’s now Monday feb 16th, Valentine’s Day came and went and NO shipping update still. Customer service doesn’t help at all - weird fake Chinese tracking number is all you get with No Updates. ** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE***

Do not order from this company. They are extremely dishonest and the product is nothing like advertised. The customer service is horrible as I have emailed them twice and received no response. I ordered the second largest size blanket on the website which was $80.00 and it arrived much smaller than expected. And on top of that it was all unraveling along the edges where the flowers are and I absolutely cannot give this as a gift. I sent pictures to the customer service and requested a refund twice but received no response. Save your money and buy somewhere else. My order number is 46746.

There's no update and still no shipping info

Ordered a blanket on jan 29th, has not received any updates nor confirmation nor respons to my email i sent regarding the situation...

My order was shipped, but after they "attempted delivery" according to the tracking info, it was immediately returned to sender. I have not received my order, and I never received a notice of attempted delivery.

I’m having the same issue that everyone else is having. I ordered a blanket for my girlfriend a while ago, and I thought its perfect because it would get there before valentines, yet, I know nothing about my order, no tracking number, not customer service, nothing. I sent an email twice regarding this issue and no one is getting back to me. I need answers or a refund.

I'm convinced the positive reviews on here for this Bloomie Blanket are bots! I ordered a blanket on Jan 27th. It says in the email confirmation that it ships within 3dsys ...It's Feb. 7th and the tracking still shows NO RESULTS!! WTH!! I contacted them on their site ... NO RESPONSE! 😡

I am so happy with my Bloomie Blanket! I was looking for a unique gift and this totally hit the mark. The 'flower bouquet' design is even prettier in person, and the material is incredibly soft and cozy without being too heavy. It makes for such a cute decor piece, too. Shipping was smooth for me, and I’d definitely order another one for a gift!

Waited a whole month just to receive a wrong and incomplete order. I have not received the gift and the product I got was not the correct one. The quality of the blanket is poor with threads being loose. I have asked for a refund but no reply so far.

Made an order January 29th for a blanket and a teddy bear, but still have yet to receive a order confirmation number and a shipping number. Tried reaching out but no response on their end what so ever. Shop doesn't even have any information on the order. Need help with this urgently so my order comes on time.

Excellent customer service! Responded to my email very quickly and updated my order. Very pleased

I mistakenly placed the wrong order and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem with no issue. Customer service is definitely a 10/10 ! Thank You !
