Fresh flowers always

Always such a pleasure to make use of BloomGift. They deliver on time and fresh flowers every time. It's heartwarming to know I can send me friend flowers in another country and she'll receive the best to brighten her day.

Ordered a balloon on time for next day delivery
Tracker says still at depot

We are really sorry to hear that the balloon was not delivered on the desired day. We work with an external delivery service, unfortunately we cannot keep track of every shipment, so the customer receives a track and trace link to keep track of the status. If you see in the track and trace that the status is still at the same status, you can always email or call us so that we can contact our delivery service directly. We will of course look for a suitable solution, so that your gift can still be delivered to the recipient as quickly as possible.

We hope that the shipment is ultimately received and that it is to your satisfaction.
