Unfortunately the first weather station we ordered was faulty and that's when you discover how good a company is that you are dealing with. Although there is no direct line to a customer service emails were answered quickly and personally. Great not to have to go through a chat bot as so often happens these days. It took a wee while to get a replacement sent but delivery was fast once on its way with a track and trace to follow it. All in all pleased with the service and our new weather station.

Order #BF7367. I ordered a Halo dehumidifier on 4/01/26 and received it on 7/01/26. Because I was satisfied with its performance I decided to order another one for my basement. I placed the order on 8/01/26 and I received a confirmation with a track and trace code. Till date, PostNL says they have not received the package to be delivered to me. I've exchanged many emails with the customer service of Bloomfold but Marieke Houten has not been of much help. Bloomfold, your product may be good but your customer service is HORRIBLE! If you've lost the package, why can't you simply replace it whiles you continue looking for it. Why should I be the one to suffer because of your mistake?

We use it in the bathroom and it is working great

Easy handling and works good for my bathroom. In apprm. 1 hour from 79 % humidity to 52 %.

I mailed to ask how to return my order, and got a fast answer on a Sunday.
Sadly I need to pay for the returning, that is less attractive.

I am having two of your products big and small and both are working perfectly. My living area and my bathroom.I have put the automatic on so it’s refreshed when the humidity went up. I like the way it’s working and I hope people will get to know about this product. Thank you

We ordered the Luna dehumidifier. Day of delivery was clearly specified, within 3 days. Installment and use of the machine is easy and it does the job! The room is drier and more pleasant to live in. The use of gas in the operation we found to be more effective than the cheaper thermoelectric dehumidifiers
