Terrible Terrible company
If i could have rated this company below one star i would have they have taken my money and never delivered my product - i have tried lots of times to contact them and they just ignore my emails - terrible company - NEVER deal with these people unless you want to be ripped off!!!!

Having looked through our email history for the last twenty days I can't see any communication from the last 20 days.

Due to the order information you provided us through trust pilot, and we can see through royal mail tracking the order never arrived we have issued a full refund. We are sorry for the trouble and delay in getting to this point.
We have also reviewed and tested our phoneline system and it is now working fully. We are also following this up with our VOIP Call provider to check if there is any reason these calls never reached one of our support team, as we cannot see an issue on our end.
All round great shoping experiance
A very good experience. The order only took a few days and I was provided help when I queried about a product.

Bad customer service
I'm not sure if this company are just ignoring me personally or have closed!? Either way I'm a customer with a genuine issue that could of very easily been resolved but they choose to ignore every email I send.

Great CBD Store & Customer Service
I've bought my CBD Oil and CBD Capsules for my Dad from Bloom Botanics for the past 3 months with no issues. Suzie was great and helped me find what I was looking for. So far CBD has really helped me with anxiety and focus and it's also helped with my Dad's pain issues a fair bit. I'll be back to Bloom 👍
