Dreadful communications
Dreadful communications. Initial delay over holiday period which was understandable but when they eventually responded to emails didn’t notice that I ordered a home kit and not an appointment.
Kit arrived, I sent it back and Royal Mail lost it. According to RM I have to ask Bloodtek to raise a claim but they won’t answer on email, web form, social media or telephone. I am currently £100 down with no resolution in sight.
