Blue is a "SIMPLE" complete package of tools to run a company. I am one of the early users, back when it was called Bloo, before its rebranding to Blue. I used it to manage, track, record, store, and share my freelancing work and personal life. Blue has most of the tools needed in one package under one subscription.

Project management comes with predefined or custom templates to record and manage projects with different views to match my needs. You can manage all types of projects, like personal/team tasks, CRM, real estate locations, etc., with different views like Board, Calendar, Timeline, Database, List, and Map views. Each task/record in a project supports custom fields, reminders, comments, etc., to record/track as much information as possible. Custom fields offer the next level compared to other project management tools. It's very flexible. Automation and Artificial Intelligence are the cherries on top. It is one of the most fully featured project management tools.

Each project comes with its own wiki to record all the project details needed for the team and clients. It's a full-featured wiki editor that supports attachments/embeds, etc., to keep important information about the project in one place. Apart from the wiki, there is a separate documents section to divide information into separate doc files. The chat system allows discussions about projects, and the files section stores all types of files regarding projects in one place with preview and public share support. So we don't need to maintain separate cloud storage for projects; it's all organized inside Blue.

It's not just that; it even has forms like Google Forms to take feedback or collect data. It really is a complete package to run a company with project management, chat, wiki, storage, and even forms.

With all these features, you might think Blue must be confusing and filled with buttons everywhere, right? "NO". It is one of the SIMPLEST business management tools. Simple is the word. It's very hard to use these tools for client communication because they don't want to learn new, confusing tools. Blue, being simple and very easy, allows clients to stick to it and share all information in one place. This is one of the main reasons Blue is successful.

All of these tools come under one subscription with unlimited client or viewer support. Client usage is completely free. This makes it very affordable for single freelancers like me without breaking the bank.

I've been using Blue for task management, and it has exceeded my expectations. Bloo is very organized, so easy to setup and use. Many of the project management tools I have been using are not simple or limited in team members, Not Bloo! I definitely recommend this to anyone. Perfect tool to stay organized and engage with team members, freelancers & clients. best part is that we have Unlimited file uploads for each user, so can host all the projects in one single place. The Custom fields comes very handy to allow us to chose different fields as per our purpose of project. Along with the regular KanBan Boards, Access Roles, Checklists, we will also get Automations, calendar view, Dark Mode and custom notifications. there are no cons really, i like to see more integration very soon. Its perfect for team collaboration. Please don't miss it.
