Next time don't hesitate to ask to our CS team, i'm sure they'll find a proper solution.
Absolute delight shopping at Blondie
First time shopping online at Blondie and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It was such a good deal and I’m lucky to have stumbled upon it. Confirmation and invoice came immediately, and processing was within the promised timeframe.
Love that my purchase was shipped by the super efficient DHL, so I l received my bag within 48 hours of the shipping notice.
Impeccable packaging that protected my purchase well, with stuffings to ensure the bag kept its shape and was well protected on its journey.
All in all, super happy with Blondie’s offer, service and fulfilment. Definitely following Blondie from now on and have no qualms being a returning customer.

The absolute best online store for designer items in Italy. I was able to buy a bag and thanks to the amazing customer service team (Luca!), they were able to accommodate my requests. Package arrived pristine and I absolutely LOVE my new bag! They’ve won a lifetime customer! Thank you Luca and Blondie team!

but this order is not satisfied with me.
no hanger even i ordered a jacket and blouse in max mara.
and small box to wrap my items. my clothes got rumpled.. and too late shipment compared to other shopping mall.
