Terrible customer service
I purchased an iron, which had a fault and I returned it for repair in April 2018. There was no response until August and I went to the store in Mechelen to ask for status.. the lady in the cashier told me that 4 months is too early it takes at least 6 months and I should wait for their call. I waited and waited until today Dec 24th and I went to the store again. The lady brought the iron with a paper that shows the repair was made in May!! 7 months ago. They claimed that they called me 3 times- I didn't receive any call- nor no voice message or no mail was sent to my address! I said this is unacceptable and the lady said she cannot do anything about it. I asked how I can raise my complaint, and she didnt say anything, except for mourning "what a Christmas!" so but this wasnt my mistake and she didnt even apologize. They gave the iron with a big box and when I asked for a plastic bag, they said I have to pay for it. The treatment I received in the store was porbably even worse than the mistake they made..
