AVOID BLOFIN COMPLETELY

AVOID BLOFIN COMPLETELY. These are scam artists of the finest order. I had done well on a trade and this was set to be paid out on 12/11/24. Today is 25/05/25 and I’ve still not seen a penny. They hide behind KYC checks and will charge you for the checks. They say the network is over subscribed and cannot pay via their usual channels. They will make charges for literally any reason they like, in order to make money on YOUR MONEY. I’m owed £11000 GBP and I have no confidence in it EVER being paid. These guys are based in the Cayman Islands and have been blocked by most countries administrators, but there’s no legal standing or recourse for me in the UK. So - you have been warned. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Useless support, poor interaction - avoid!

I tried for 2 weeks to set up a UK based API to trade in the Futures market with Blofin and faced continuous errors, issues and set up configuration dramas. Their support is next to useless and after 38 emails back and forth my issue is still unresolved! They allow UK based accounts but will not specifically say if a UK based API can fully access their trading platforms - complete waste of time with support as much use as a chocolate teapot ! - AVOID !

Using Blofin for nearly 2 years

Using Blofin for nearly 2 years — fast withdrawals, no issues, and great support.

I've been using Blofin as my main crypto exchange for almost two years now, and I’ve never experienced a single issue with trading or withdrawals.
Withdrawals are always fast

The user interface is clean and intuitive, especially for futures trading, and it’s easy to navigate even for beginners.
Another thing I really appreciate is the official Telegram community — the admins are responsive and always provide quick, helpful support.

I know there are some negative reviews out there, but based on my personal experience, Blofin is a trustworthy and reliable platform. I’ve made solid profits here and will definitely keep using it going forward.

One request: please consider expanding access to the Blofin card beyond just EEA users. Many of us outside the region would love to use it as well!

BloFin's Fiat on-ramp KYC process doesn't support UK ID docs - country (United Kingdom) is missing from the ID country list! All other countries you can imagine are on the list

Unbelievable.

BloFin are systematically scamming…

BloFin are systematically scamming people out of positions. I'm not the first to highlight this and won't be the last. I recently opened a position on a very soundly structured short position and it was liquidated in less than one minute despite the fact price action went nowhere near the claimed liquidation price. When I questioned customer services and forwarded them precise timing and price data for alleged event they responded to me telling me that price was 'lower' than the liquidation price giving me a level 'below' my entry price. OF COURSE, IT WAS A SHORT POSITION! So they themselves admitted they were wrong and yet then tried to back pedal telling me the margin rate fell below 100% despite the fact there was no evidence whatsoever of the price of the asset 'rising' to that level. They then went into a mode of sending generic nion sensical responses and avoiding answering the issue. On another occasion a huge down wick knocked me out of a position which didn't exist on any other exchange. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that occasion but not again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

How can 73% people give negative reviews and still the BloFin Exchange keeps sending message "send us your account UID and a detailed description of the issue to email address. We will promptly follow up and resolve the matter for you. Thank you for your understanding and support."

The same reply to everyone and lot many people keep on losing money and the Youtubers on the other hand keep promoting these exchanges as sponsored by BloFin and the negative reviews on Trustpilot is 73%.

I just in this week had a terrible experience with MEXC Exchange. The same is going with MEXC Exchange. They give Youtubers some money to promot their exchange and are scamming all the people. The NEGATIVE reviews on Truspilot for MEXC Exchange is 86%

Unexpected liquidation due to opaque margin changes—beware of using Blofin

I’m leaving this review to warn other traders about my experience with Blofin Exchange. I was recently liquidated while holding fully hedged futures positions due to unexplained and arbitrary margin adjustments. Here’s what happened:

I had 4 trades open:

- BTC long and short (equal hedged positions)
- An ALT long and short (equal hedged positions)

On most exchanges, equal hedging would eliminate liquidation risk by setting the liquidation point to zero. However, Blofin doesn’t handle hedging this way and arbitrarily adjusted my margin and liquidation levels without notice or transparency.

In the past, when I tried to add funds to protect my account during low margin periods, those funds didn’t reflect in time, making it difficult to derisk or safely exit my positions. At one point, my BTC position was $20K in profit, but due to the system’s unpredictability, I was too hesitant to take profit.

Eventually, I was unexpectedly liquidated despite two of my trades being in profit.

This experience raises concerns about transparency and proper risk management on the platform. I would caution traders to think twice before using Blofin—especially when trading with leverage or attempting to hedge positions.
