Eerlijk is eerlijk: Dit is inderdaad gewoon niet goed gegaan. Jouw order is tot op heden niet verzonden omdat er een artikel niet op voorraad bleek te zijn. Dat had niet mogen gebeuren. Onze excuses. Jouw order wordt direct vandaag verzonden!

It is a good website and easy to navigate. The sending times are confusing and very little updates are provided on package status. I hope it will improve in the future.

The worse quality ever
The worse quality ever - a dead, dry stick that’s all I received, instead of receiving a pruim tree that must be a healthy and blooming as they presented it faulty in their website page! I wasted by this scamming company and fraud 21,98 euro for a nothing, that’s why I m fighting them by placing an official signal to police for a financial fraud made by this company and I will inform legal Dutch authorities to investigate and punished them for their act.

Dank voor je review en spijtig dat je niet tevreden bent. Wij hebben je echter herhaaldelijk aangeboden het artikel aan ons te retourneren. Dat heb je niet gedaan. Waarom dan alsnog deze review? Als wij jouw overige reviews bekijken dan zien wij dat jij alleen maar negatieve 1-ster reviews plaatst en iedereen beticht van oplichting. Ons advies is om iets meer tijd te besteden aan tuinieren en minder aan boos worden op het internet. Dat geeft veel meer plezier! Mocht je nog andere vragen hebben dan vernemen wij dat graag van je ;).

Also ordered 5 Aquilegia Mix, again, 1 root with 5 branches.
However, got correct numbers of bulbs.
Finally, delivery is 5 working days and not 1-2 days.

The delivery process was not as smooth…
The delivery process was not as smooth as advertised. I recieved very little information about the order and delivery approximation for about a week. This does not make for an enjoyable experience as I started to think the website was a scam. If you advertise next day delivery there should be better communication to relay why this isn't the case. When the package eventually arrived it was too late for me to bring it on the flight I had arranged. Better communication and more realistic delivery promises would improve the experience.
