Very bad returning policy, it feels like a scam
I've read your entire return policy and it is completely contradicting. First paragraph says that we can return the items in the first 30 days after purchase and that the shipping costs would be paid back. Two paragraphs further it says that the shipping costs to the online store are our responsibility. It doesn't make any sense.
More points: How are you supposed to reach the conclusion if the product should stay with you if you don't try it? That is completely unacceptable. Any other website like bol.com gives 30 days to try the product.
If we knew it was not possible to receive the money back we wouldn't have sent the product back and paid the shipping costs ourselves.
We would like to receive our money back,
