Block/ Ava were easy to work with and did a great job.
Ava, did a great job finding us a mortgage that worked with our financial scenario. She was very helpful in explaining the nuances and very responsive to our requests when things dragged a bit with the lender. Overall Block also took a smaller percentage than other mortgage brokers we looked at.

This is my second time dealing with Ava…
This is my second time dealing with Ava Sanel with a refinancing. She has always been courteous and has patience when I do not always understand the banking terms and she is always there to explain with a quick telephone call or an email. I would recommend her to my friends!!!
