We've worked with Blockchain Firm since 2021. We partnered with them using their white-label crypto trading platform. A contract/agreement was completed and the parameters with details were defined.

Recently Blockchain Firm claims there never was an agreement/contract. They also claim they never build a landing page for our firm.

We offered their crypto trading platform in 2021 and Blockchain Firm decided in June of 2023 that we're responsible for making server payments to continue running the website connected to their trading platform.

A discussion or meeting never occurred prior to Blockchain Firm changing the terms of our partnership. No mutual agreement happened.

Client assets are stuck on Blockchain Firm's cloud servers and they refuse to return access to clients to access their digital assets.

I referred one of my contacts to Blockchain Firm prior to all of these issues and they still haven't fulfilled their obligations.

Blockchain Firm does not follow through with its obligations outlined in a contract. They change terms without notice and agreement.

Blockchain Firm is the next FTX. They don't let clients access their accounts to withdraw their funds.

New update: I was misled again. Salman Parcy told me he would help clients access their crypto wallets and that he would share information of his contact from Binance to help resolve this issue with clients. This was after 4 weeks. Sill nothing happened. More deception and lies.

Salman Parcy is the leader for Blockchain Firm and he is not to be trusted. They deceive, lie and commit fraudulent activities.

Now you are in the court , Sindu Nagalingam and tendul Raj both because I transferred to nextazy solution it s the real company. Because this is a white label brand from your side using it. Continue hiding with whole people.

They have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE hired Blockchain Firm under a Contractual Agreement to build us an "ARBITRAGE BOT TRADING SYSTEM", which they CLAIMED they could do. What they Built was a "SWAP BOT TRADING SYSTEM". NOTHING like what we asked for or wanted...and they CLAIMED it was an ARBITRAGE System. We have FILED a "COMPLAINT" with the "NCDRC" in India - and with the "FTC" since we are American. Also we have our "Attorney" will Sue for "DAMAGES".

Bad company they don't know anything about block chain and integration of api they charge 10times more the nominal development charges
