Borderline Customer Abuse

I purchased a valid commercial license for a BLKBK font from their official website. Despite this, I received MULTIPLE compliance threat emails claiming I was using the font without a license and threatening legal action if I did not provide proof of purchase.

With my life as it is, I barely have time to reply to an email - this is borderline abuse and an extreme lack of customer respect. It completely wasted my time digging up proof of purchase that they should already have on record.

I will not be purchasing from BLKBK again.
