Months and still no order has arrived. Scam!!!

I placed an order and after a month it still hadn't arrived. After reaching out to customer service they advised me it was stuck in customs from the U.S and it would be resolved asap. It arrived after over two months and the packaging stated that it was shipped from China. The product inside was then nothing like what I ordered and instead was another product altogether with different ingredients.

I reached out about the error and was told that it was a mistake and they offered to let me keep the product and give me a discount on ordering the correct product from them. I refused and asked for a full refund but have been advised that I have to pay the shipping costs to return the items to Italy in order to receive one.

They are clearly trying to upsell products by sending the incorrect product 'by accident' and making it prohibitive to return it.

Scammy, deceptive and wrong. I can see now others have experienced similar!

Be careful! After seeing an advert on facebook I decided to order supplement for myself. First it was not coming for 2 months. When I tried to trace it, I discovered that it was coming from China. Then after I emailed customer service they told me that they did not have my full address (lie). It finally came after 2 months in a flimsy packaging. It looks like they have copied ‘Natures craft’ packaging but did not put ‘natures craft’ logo… instead they left the space empty. I am afraid even to try it… not sure what they put inside… so will just bin it. I tried to contact customer support but they have not replied …obviously

You won’t get your items! Please do not order. Learn from my mistake. It has been months since I ordered and they refuse to give my refund

Customer service is terrible, the product I bought has not arrived and I’ve asked numerous times for a refund to not be acknowledged.

Ordered October 19, we are December 6 and I have never received the order. Multiple back and forth emails with this Company with pity excuses about why the product has not been received yet, and they dare tell me that because they are a small company they can’t afford refunding before the product is received. This is a total scam and I strongly discourage to buy anything from them

I was sent the wrong product. It was mailed to me as "running shoes" from somewhere in China, so of course got held by customs as it was clearly pills of some sort. They told me that if I wanted the correct product, I could pay to send this wrong product back to Europe, or I could pay the difference between the wrong product I received and the one I wanted! I already paid for the more expensive one I didn't get! This place is a total scam, do not buy from them. Garbage company.

The product took 6 weeks to be shipped to Australia. When I uncapped my bottle/container the aluminium foil supposed to protect the product was half glued so basically the bottle was open and compromised!!
The container for the pills look nothing like the container they advertise, not the same product in any way, not the same label, not the same colour. The brand I received is not "Nature Craft" like they advertise, I have no branding on my bottle/container.
The supplement fact sheet is also different, there are some ingredients that are the same but others differ ...why??

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA when they advertise aggressively!!

Very good imo, arrived on time and as advertised. on my 1st week of cleanse, already seeing results.

SCAM

Ordered advertised product of candida cleanse gut support on 26 September 2024. After multiple emails back and forth with supplier product was stopped at customs and 6-10 working days was advised at least 3 times. I received A product on 21 November 2024 - nearly two months after purchase. Items i had received were not as advertised and did not even include same ingredients. Blivvy refused to provide a refund or address this issue. They also send their product from China however request that if product was to be returned it would need to be shipped to their warehouse in Italy. Nothing adds up - appalling.

It's a scam. I got some brandless bottle of a diet cleanse that looks like the label was designed in 1990. Not the same product and I wouldn't even trust taking this pill. Took 2 months to get here. I also got the email about border delays. Don't buy!

DO NOT ORDER—IT'S A SCAM. I just got an email that the order was refunded, but I did not receive the full amount.

I ordered this product and finally got a tracking number and found that it is coming form China. No way am I taking a supplement that is coming from China. I sent an email to cancel my order. Also if I wanted to track my package I had to download an app. Not doing that as well. The charge to my American Express labelled the payment to Fuzzy Paw. Really? Its a scam. Period.

ITS A SCAM COMPANY! The product they sent me looks nothing like the product i purchased. Took over 30 days to get and I’ve been emailing back and fourth over 15 emails with them not wanting to refund me my money. Their website states 100% money back guarantee which is bullsh*t! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've ordered candida cleanse 45 days supply on 25th Sep and only received product yesterday 13th Nov. The product delivered is not as advertised, ingredients, packaging etc. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company as it is not a legit product.

My gut felt alot better after doing the cleanse, idk what the other reviews are about but I got my order atleast and im very happy with it so i had to share!

This company is a scam. They sent me the wrong item and now is saying I have to pay $30 shipping to send the wrong order back to get a refund. The packaging is cheap and I do not trust what’s actually in these pills coming from China. There are so many good companies out there. Do not be fooled by this one.

SCAM - Did not receive item and no customer support to do a refund!!
Ordered on Oct 9th. 20 days after purchase, they emailed about a delay at customs and specifically instructed me to respond that I wanted a 10% refund and coupon. I have YET to receive a response to start an actual refund after emailing them multiple times. Although their website has ONLY positive reviews, I feel that they are fake and that they are deleting real reviews as many people have posted about being scammed by them.

Lastly, the tracking number provided wanted me to “download” something. When manually searching it, it said it was in China and now says “not found”.
Have reported them to BBB and ReportFraud.

IT’S A SCAM!! Don’t fall for it!! Took forever to receive my product and it’s not even the right product, paid so much money for nothing.
