My pillowcase is over a year old & is still in fantastic shape with frequent washing. It has gotten softer over time & I love it so much I ordered a second one a few months later! They’re pricey, but completely worth it for the quality! Don’t mess around with your skin, before I purchased from Blissy, I had ordered a silk pillowcase off Amazon that wasn’t much cheaper & it gave me a horrific rash on my face & neck. When I researched it, a lot of cheaper silk that is dyed in China uses formaldehyde, which is probably why I had an allergic reaction.

Great pillow case - you really do feel a difference! Delivery is a bit too long.

Never received my parcel.

I asked the Blissy for an update, they replied with a single image of them loading a lorry. Package said delivered on 11th December, but Jan 16th and I still have nothing

Turns out the parcel was delivered on 11th but an 1hr 30m away, despite my address being on the order and confirmed by Royal Mail when investigating. The photo proof of delivery was the exact same image of them loading the lorry they sent before as a delivery update. They have ignored my emails since and would only respond to me with the same tracking link.

My issue isn’t the delivery, that may have been royal mails fault, but their lack of communication and professionalism I’ve experienced is astonishing

Blissy makes great products. They are on the pricey side, but if you have curly hair, their silk pillowcases are a game-changer. Their products are high quality and well-made. I bought 2 pillowcases and a sleep mask from them over 3 years ago. I use them daily, wash them regularly, and they’re still going strong.

I have ordered 2 kingsize Blissy pillowcases on two separate occasions. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and I love the pillow cases. Will never go back to cotton. Definitely recommend!

Company lacks transparency, pays for reviews, and curates reviews on its own website.

They reached out to previous high rating customers because there was a massive difference between the trust pilot rating and the rating on their curated website reviews, to correct the discrepancy by artificially trying to boost their positive reviews on trust pilot.

Just know that the products are not as highly rated as they’d like you to think.

Be aware shipping is from USA I tried to chase a very lengthy wait for my parcel and never received any response.

Love the pillow cases. Went to order more and good not find my rewards. Sent an enquiry and never heard anything back.(I'm thinking over a $1000.00 worth). But did send me an e-mail requesting that I take a video of how much I like the silk pillow cases for 200 reward points.

Very mixed, quality great when first received, but as time went on and after a few washes, product not great, would not buy again.

White silk pillowcases are NOT white! Colour is more like cream.
