Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered a pack of bras before Christmas using their sizing guide. They did arrive after a while but were huge and poor quality. Asked for a refund but was told that the cost of returning would be expensive and was offered £2 (not sure how they were going to get this money to me). I again asked for a full refund as these items were totally unacceptable, I was then offered another small refund saying that they had fought for a higher refund for me and that I should accept. I have now given up trying to get any redress from this company.

I ordered puzzles in November and am still waiting. They do respond to emails, repeating that they are on the way. According to the tracker, the parcel has been in a depot less than an hour from my house for at least 6 weeks. Have repeatedly requested a refund. Furious with myself for ordering from a company like this. They are clearly having a laugh

AVOID misleading descriptions (viscose parading as Cashmere) unhelpful customer service....they know the cost of returning the items so have no qualms in offering only pitifully small compensation

They buy there products from ali express. Bought 3 charging cables, all of the broke offered me £2 as compensation instead of a refund. Avoid at all cost.

Do not buy anything on here, item arrived and wrapped for Christmas. We used it twice and it broke. Company would not give a refund. Dreadful customer service

Item ordered for Christmas. Still not delivered at 25 January. No refund despite many requests. Dreadful company. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a charging cable. The delivery took a bit to long compared to other companies I've ordered from, so that's the reason I knocked a star off.

Terrible company, don't buy anything from them. I've waited two months for a 'lost' order, still hasn't arrived, and I can see from other reviews that it either never will, or will be poor quality/not as advertised when it does. I've requested a refund multiple times and they won't give me one. Scammers!!

Items took a horrendous amount of time to arrive. Geospheres looked super cool on the video, I ordered for my son in plenty of time for Christmas. They promised they would arrive in time. They didn't! Video looked like the item was quite big and metallic, actual thing is dull plastic and tiny. Utter waste of money CRAP!! Avoid this company like the plague

I ordered a duo of bras using their size guide and size recommendation. They advertise a "Risk Free" return/exchange policy. The items arrived after several weeks. They are enormous. Nowhere near close to the size they should be.
I requested an exchange or a refund and have been told the best they can do is a £2 goodwill gesture. Obviously, I have rejected this and am in the process of trying to exchange or get a full refund. I have sent them a screenshot of their own website, clearly staying free returns and exchanges. We'll see what they come back with next!!

Delivery was extraordinarily long, ordered November, did not arrive until 6th Jan - was meant for Christmas gifts. Whenever I emailed they just said they would get shipping company to update their tracking. Nothing updated between 26th Dec and 6th Jan when it was delivered. Look for similar products elsewhere if want something in a reasonable time.

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered for Christmas presents as advertised it would arrive in time, turns up yesterday and these amazing charging wires are crap bits of cheap plastic and don't work! Avoid this company, I should have checked reviews first!!!

Bliss-beaut. ORDED ROTATING DISCO BALL x2 took 6 weeks to come. My grandchildren were having a playtime ‘disco’ when a a 7 year old said there were FLAMES coming out of it. THERE WERE. My husband got a shock from it removing it from socket. I’d bought 2 of these death traps. I’m extremely upset by this. 4 of my grandchildren were in the room they could have been killed or the house burned down. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought it through Facebook and was FAR too trusting. Don’t know how to report them I’m afraid as I’m not very good with tech. PLEASE JUST BE AWARE.

Disappoined. Misleading. Not UK based. I waited over a month from date order placed to delivery which came from China via the USA.

Bought 5 ‘unbreakable’ chargers after 1 week they broke very disappointed do not recommend another shit company selling lies

6 week wait from order to delivery. Gearsphere fidget balls very underwhelming and nothing like the photos and videos that advertised them. Bliss-Beaut scams potential customers by having a .co.uk website but they are in China. Also the tracking is a scam as I don't see how the package can be in America and China at the same time. Cost over £18. probably worth only £2. You live and learn!!!

Ordered two fidget spinner type
toys in Nov 24 for Christmas presents. Today, Jan 2nd 2025, I still haven’t received my order. When I email the company asking what’s happening with my order I get a copy and paste answer saying it’s in transit . Will my order ever turn up ? Will it arrive and be useless ? Is the company scammers ?

I ordered the Steampunk wonder wheel fidget toy as a Xmas present for my son with Autism. It arrived late - after Xmas. It is very clunky and difficult to move, so defeated its purpose. Completely cheap rubbish!!! DO NOT waste your money!

SCAM SCAM SCAM , I ordered a item for Christmas it was ordered in plenty of time nov 28th to be exact as yet I’ve never received the item even though I have emailed regarding this item they also took more out of my bank than they should have when I ordered no one never reply’s to any emails sent I think this co called company needs to be investigated as they seem to be ripping a lot of people off with taking money but not delivering items that people have paid for absolutely disgusting

Ordered fast chargers x2 on the 12th December and still not received - avoid.
