Store credit for an empty website.

Following on from the major shipping delays many of my items were cancelled and I was issued store credit in return.

Only two days ago I went onto their website to spend that credit only to find all items have been removed. I had hoped they were just working on their website and it would all come back as they had posted on social media the same day but there has been no changes since, no new social media posts and all of their items on Amazon have also been removed.

They do still appear to be taking orders for their subscription box, but their partner website is also empty now too.

Edit: They have reached out and are just overhauling their website, it should be back up soon. Adding another star for the contact.

Second Edit: Very happy with the level of customer service I have received today, putting this back up to 5*, it's hopefully the return to the amazing website they were before April 2025.

No refunds, just store credit?

As more of the recent reviews suggested, it seems like they have fixed their logistic issues. So i decided to order from them again but only my part of my order was shipped. They claim the rest of the items on my order were no longer available in their warehouse and gave me store credit instead. This has happened twice as I was trying to use the credit for a subsequent order and again, another item was "out of stock." They need to work on updating their listing because this is ridiculous. It's almost like they want to you to keep buying stuff and then turns out nothing is in stock and just give you store credit instead. No I want a partial refund for items I have not received. Do better!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They shipped out the order without an item ( the one I needed most ) and didn't ask me first so I could pick another one. I still paid 15$ for shipping. They didn't refund me either, just gave a me a "discount" on an account I don't have because I didn't register to purchase.

An update to my last review

An update to my last review. I finally received my order more than 6 months after ordering, and all the frustration and lack of communication in between. One of my items was missing and instead of refunding me they provided store credit without my consent, and have ignored the email I sent over a month ago requesting the refund. This is happening to many of us. They may only consider it a small amount but it is the principle. I was also promised a gift voucher via email months ago as compensation which never happened, not that I would feel confident to order again sadly. Order no BL223627

Returning customer review!

Before I start of my review I would like to say that I have purchased two packages from Blippo a few years in the past! (2023 & 2024 timeframe.) So I will be comparing my experience between now and then. This was my biggest order done so far, around 12 items.

I ordered my package on January 20th, and as of February 12, I do have all of my items. It took around 23 days for everything to arrive, and it was divided into two separate packages. With two different shipping carriers. probably because of warehouse issues since it was mentioned they were finishing up the process of their warehouse move. When comparing, I found that the shipping time was roughly the same compared to what I ordered a few years back if you total both boxes, which in my case was relieving. There was also no damage to any of my items. (Hooray!!)

I love Blippo, I really do. They have a nice selection of items I cannot find in the US, but I don’t think I can give the highest 5 star review at the moment when there are others that mention having so much trouble with their own orders from MONTHS ago and not being able to get answers that they need from the customer service team. Or proper refunds. Even if everything In mine came alright and even if the warehouse relocation was stated as completed when I ordered, I feel like there needs to be more communication with customers about instances like a warehouse move, ESPECIALLY if it’s not stated on the website as a pop-up!! I had to check most of Blippo socials to get any news on what was going on, because there was a lot of discussion about people not ever receiving their packages. Or having goods that would probably arrive past their expiration date with how late it was. And that’s really worrying as a consumer! You want to feel secure when you buy something online. In the past I’d say my experience felt less anxiety inducing compared to now.

In the future, please try to be more transparent with your customers with notices about shipping or warehouse complications! It feels a bit shady to not want to mention that on the website when you have sales and stuff going on. 😓

Very bad customer experience

I ordered in August 2025 and now in February 2026 I finally received the last product of my order... or at least the last of the ones they could still find. One item was probably just after its best before date, but they could not find another one anymore. I know that they moved their warehouse, but there was way too little communication and it felt like a scam for several weeks to months. And then half of my order is missing...
They gave me bonus points for the items they did not ship, but that doesn't help much as I am not going to order there again after this experience.

Poor customer service

I've ordered from Blippo multiple times over the years with no problems, but the lack of communication regarding my latest order has significantly hindered my trust.
I ordered a christmas gift from them on november 28th and it was shipped in late january (I received it today). I sent them two emails asking when will my order be sent out and never got any response, and then I resorted on making an Instagram comment under one of their posts. Only after publicly voicing my complaints I got an answer on there, which is super disappointing. At the time of ordering I was not aware of their warehouse move (which was the reason for the shipping delays) and felt disappointed it wasn't stated more clearly on their website, instead I only understood that my order should arrive on time for christmas. I would've been ok with the delays if there was better communication, but since it was almost nonexistent, i'm not sure if I want to return as a customer.

This is scam

This group of kids claim to have a business but they are running scam. My friend and I ordered 9 months ago. We have sent emails that have gone unanswered. We did not get our orders. We did not get refunded either. I saw people say they got store credit. STORE CREDIT? SO THEY CAN PLAY THIS SCAM GAME AGAIN?
I WANT BACK WHAT I GAVE YOU, MONEY, NOT STORE CREDIT. IF YOU SEND US STORE CREDIT WE WILL BE MORE UPSET.

Do not shop from them!!

I just received the refund after they ended up replying they "overlooked the date of the order". How convenient, a "mistake" 🤔 again, only noticed after I tell them!
Conclusion: don't fall for their lies and store credit "refund" and push for a real one with evidence from other customers + write a review here if needed. Still a terrible, dishonest experience.

I'm incredibly disappointed with Blippo.
I've ordered twice in the past and never had any issue.
Until I placed an order on August 18th 2025 which took until this Tuesday (January 27th 2026) to be fulfilled, in theory.
In fact, the main item in the order was marked as shipped but what a surprise I got when I received an ENVELOPE supposed to contain a PLUSHIE!!

After contacting them MANY times over the course of multiple months, with them telling me it would ship "soon", it's this week that they end up telling me the item "can't be found in their warehouse". Absolutely baffling. If I hadn't emailed them, they would have never said anything?!

And so, they issue me with store credit WITHOUT MY CONSENT, in order to keep my money! And REFUSE to refund me by LYING after I clearly state I do not want to shop again with them.
The reason they state is that the purchase is "too old" to issue a refund, probably in hopes I will give up.
But when I found out another person here got a refund on an older order, I sent them the evidence and they of course ghosted me!!

So it appears the only way to get a refund is to write a negative review here?? Absolutely disgusting behavior.
I have already started a charge back procedure which I wish I didn't have to do.

Blippo did respond to my messages after my initial post here, confirmed I was not changed for the January 2026 shipment sent to me 7 months after my initial order. I had updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars now.
Here’s my reply to Blippo:
“I’d emailed several times and am saddened that it took a Trustpilot review to get a response but I do appreciate that you did ultimately reply.
It is less than ideal to be shipping items 7 months after an order was placed and the lack of reply to my messages to customer service about this latest January shipment wasn’t great customer care. The email I got in early January 2026 had just said that one item in my July 2025 order was “on the way” and so you can understand why I assumed I’d be charged. I did look at my credit card transactions and confirmed there were only two: the initial July 15 2025 charge for the full order and the August 9 2025 partial refund for the unfulfilled items.”

I’ve experienced long, long delays without Blippo sharing about those delays prior to my placing my order; was told I would not be charged for the portion of my order that I’d cancelled after learning fulfillment was MONTHS away then later was CHARGED AGAIN 6 MONTHS LATER WITHOUT MY APPROVAL when two tiny items were shipped, items tha had remained unfulfilled in my original order; had gotten NO RESPONSE from customer service email in box despite sending several emails.
Yes the few candies I got were tasty and hard to find in the USA but not worth the effort, time and cost.

4 Months & Still Not Shipped

After the first email, they ignored my subsequent ones asking for a refund. No tracking or sign of shipping after 4 months.

Claims their warehouse move has delayed orders; they have been repeating this since April 2025. It is now January 2026.

It reflects badly on a company when you have a large amount of orders backlogged and there is no communication.

Edit: They refunded me on 1/19/26 after emailing me.

Horrible customer service

I placed my order months ago (first one being the 7th of August) and most of my items didn’t ship for a very long time. Between November until the 12th of January I had emailed Blippo multiple times asking them to cancel and refund my order because nothing was shipping, but they completely ignored all of my emails.

When they finally did start shipping items, some of the products I ordered including the Sanrio surprise eggs were never shipped due to them expiring. Instead of refunding the missing items back to my card, they issued me store credit without my permission. This happened again with two other items they said were no longer available. Once again, instead of refunding my card, they gave me store credit.

I emailed them clearly stating that I want an actual refund since the items I ordered are not available anymore, but they have not responded at all.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Their customer service is unresponsive and atrocious, they force store credit instead of giving proper refunds. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a lot in may, and had to re order in june, due to them NOT shipping the package. They now ship them, but the itam I wanted the most is not included.

They now cancelled saying they DO NOT have the bag, but it is STILL in stock and more expensive than when I got it?? I feel they are lying.

I really wanted this bag and have waited almost a year. Its not more expensive and they said its out of stock, but still up on sale on the site. It is 10 USD more expensive now + is on a sale that is still more expensive than the price I bought for it.

Why not mark it as sold, now I am feeling like its ill practice, since its digital they should automatically have it go to sold out if the stock is out. Why do they not have this coded in. They should know how much they have in stock and mark it as sold out when its fully bought out....

They also refunded me in store credit rather than back to my bank account. Last time they refunded me to my bank account. Why is this, I feel I don't want to use this service anymore since the communication is bad.

They keep spamming ads in your email, even tho they have 10 months worth of unsent items to people. Please stop this, they also seem to ship out to people who orders later first, not the old orders.

Hope they can fix this, but I am very upset, it has been way too long of this going on, and also the lack of transparency with the bag. Genuenly feels like they just want to sell it for more which is why they gave me store credit too.

Also said the bag shipped but it didnt. What is up with this baggate thing

I’ve been buying from this shop for…

I’ve been buying from this shop for years, my dad would buy me snacks,stationary, and I even use to have the kawaii box subscription. Recently I’ve been disappointed about the warehouse move and with the lack of communication in the beginning although they are on top of it now despite much of my items not available or past due date i understand they are a small team working things out. And they have never given me a reason to quit on them yet. Great shop and great products!! :3

I ordered in the middle of December and…

I ordered in the middle of December and sent several emails and DMs asking for tracking, with no reply… I then saw all the comments on their IG from people saying they hadn’t received their orders since October.

I finally got a DM a week later (mid-January) saying sorry for the delay and that my order would ship mid-January… even though it was supposed to arrive by December 28th and hadn’t even shipped yet.

Regardless, they cancelled my order today, haven’t refunded me, and stopped replying to my messages. I loved their IG and YouTube and was so excited for this order, but this is not functional at all and I do not recommend them. 😞📦
