Thank you for the feedback! Our CRM does allow for live tracking updates however this results in an email for every status update from the carrier (around 15-20 emails per shipment) and due to complaints we turned that feature off. We will provide the feedback to our CRM to see about better options in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your company has opted for an on-demand fulfillment structure, and orders are typically delivered 3-4 weeks after the order is received. In this case, the garment was originally out of stock with our supplier but was quickly restocked allowing us to deliver within the 3 week timeline.
