I received a 30 day sample of Blink drops about two weeks ago from my eye doctor, Dr. Jones in Macon, Ga, and so far like it very much! I like the initial coolness, followed by a very slight continuing coolness that makes my eyes feel much better moisturized.

I am very disappointed with BlinkRX
The product delivered was was defective and I can or open the bottle.
I called to report the issue, requested a replabortle and was denied. I paid over $80 for this prescription and it's defective. I still cannot open the bottle.
I offered to return the bottle but the rep said I didn't have to return it.
I still can not open the bottle. I've wasted money.
I never requested a refund. I only requested a replacement bottleand can send back the the defective bottle.
The bottom line is I don't have use of a prescription I paid for and cannot use.
I just need a replacement please.
