One star is still too well rented

One star is still too well rented. Very awful customer service. I ordered charging cards in February and I still haven't received them. I sent two mails in March and call many times but got only a response now (mid May) and they didn’t even suggest sending new ones. If I can give you one advice : DON’T USE THISE SOCIETY.

Don’t ever use this company it’s a real…

Don’t ever use this company it’s a real scam. I closed my account and I asked them to refund my money back to my CC and they make it so complicated and they asked for my bank account and all these details that I can’t give it away to anyone to get $20 USD back. Imagine how many people don’t have time for that and they just keep $20 USD from everyone. I’m just here to give you a warning DON’T USE THIS CHARGING COMPANY. real scammers.

Car was stuck to a public charging…

Car was stuck to a public charging station because it malfunctioned. The dutch number didnt work so I called to Belgium. They didn't try to help and just said they would sent a mechanic within 24 to 48 hours... On top of that they hang up without even asking where we were.... so helpfull... where should we stay overnight? In the car.

Pure deception

At Blink you have to pay for the parking time (which I already paid at the hotel)and the time you charge as well! So for charging 11KW I had to pay €19.-
This is pure deception!!!

The poorest service support I have ever…

The poorest service support I have ever experienced !
I have an issue with my private charging station, it blocks the charging immediately. Opend a ticket via the website on 08/02/26. One week later, without any reactin from Blink, I send a mail to the support team. Again, no reaction in 8 days ! I called the service and waited for 45 minutes, without any reply, only a message suggesting to read the web page for support where there is no help for my issue.
Company to avoid by all mean.

Cannot contact support

I was stuck at a charging pole because my card didn't work anymore (apparently they blocked all physical cards because of the app rollout). I called customer service but was on hold for all of 1 hour and 10 minutes (I gave up in the end). I received an email after about 4 hours. If you have an emergency, you can't count on customer service to help you out.

Worst customer support ever.

Moved to a home with a Blinkcharging charger, 60 days after moving, I still cannot charge my car. They dont respond to any mails, if you call them you will have to wait on average 20 minutes, to then speak to a representative that says they cant do anything but forward the request to another department. Sometimes they will forward your request with urgence! But the end result will be the same, nothing will happen, the other department will never get back to you. All they have to do is link my charger to my charging account, but it seems like even this trivial thing is even too hard for them ...

No reimbursement received

My Blink charger is first used in August 2025. Since then, no reimbursement received for the used electricity. In November they responded to an email that payment would happen at the end of the month, but nothing received. Now they are not responding to email or picking up the phone at all.

Very disappointing- customer support not reachable for months!!!!

Very disappointing – ongoing issues and no customer support

We’ve had a Blink Charging station since last year, but we’ve had constant problems, especially with incorrect billing. Some charges are missing, others are wrong, and nothing has been resolved.

We’ve been trying to reach customer support for over two months with no response at all. I hope Blink will see this review and finally contact us to fix the issues.

Dogshit company

Dogshit company. Has non working method of credit card payment causing you to be locked up and stuck calling 30 minutes to their degenerate customer care team

Charging app doesn't work properl

Charging app doesn't work properl, keep taking money from card and my car didn't charge, no refund issued, terrible customer service with no experience but attitude.
Overall avoid using them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Card suddenly stopped working.

Card suddenly stopped working.

Customer Service logged a ticket, but after 2 days still no solution. Called customer service; first they said "your card is not from Blink". Took a while convincing them that the card that says "Blink" in big letters on the front is, in fact, from Blink. Then they found my case, said it would take 5 days. Since I need to charge via Blink (for invoice) I now can't use my car for 5 days. Brilliant.

Update: they responded after a month, here on Trustpilot, by giving me the same support email-address I've been mailing since the beginning.

Overall Disappointing experience

Tools not functioning properly. Help desk agent not professional. No capable of talking with respect to customers. Not respected what was agreed during the call. Overall Disappointing experience. Long waiting times on helpdesk.

Advise to chose another brand with better support.

When there is an issue (a lot of chargers down) they will not let you know. So you lose time testing to see something is wrong at your side, call them just to hear there is a known general issue. They promise to let you know when fixed. My charging pole was down for more then a week , after that worked again but of course I never got notified.

Called in weeks later with the ask to have a card added as they didn't responds through email after 1,5 weeks, waited 30 minutes before someone picked up ,just to hear they have charging pole issues still ongoing and will respond to my email later (i bet you that will never happen).

So unfortunately i can only advise to stay away from them.

Update: they promised to answer the email the week after i called, we are two weeks later and still no answer and completely unreachable via phone now.

This company remains utterly useless

This company remains utterly useless. Customer service is non-existent. Company cannot be reached unless through an external customer service that sends mails to the company with no visibility on what’s going on. This is the second time my home EV charger breaks down. The first time it took weeks to repair. This time the problem was raised more than a week ago and still no news. The only feedback I get is “”they” are working on it” and “”they” will contact you”. Nothing of course. If you consider having this company install a home EV charger, do yourself a favour and skip them.
